This store just had an entire makeover and it looks great! The folks in the Pharmacy are wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the cashiers at the front checkout. The younger cashiers seem to be very friendly but some of the older ones are unfriendly and really very rude. Today was the last straw! I went up to pay, put all my things on the counter, we said hello and she then said ‘what’s your birthdate’ I gave her the month and day of my birthday, and she said ‘I need the year’ and I very nicely said, ‘can you tell me why you need the year’? She than said ‘never mind, I’ll put in my own birthday, year 36′. She looks at me, rolls her eyes and shakes her head and says ‘can I have your card’. I’ve never done this in my life, I walked out of the store and left all my stuff on the counter as she stood there telling me to come back, I just looked at her and said, ‘that was rude”. This store needs a make over with some of their personnel. I did follow up with the store manager by phone. He was fantastic, so I do appreciate their response to this situation.

We visited this place recently because we were in the area and was in search for particular items that were out of stock in our usual Rite Aid stores. This store is larger than our usual store and has more selections such that we found our items. However, the atmosphere seems a little bland compared to the other renovated Rite Aids we have visited. If we are in the area again, we’ll definitely visit.

I love stopping by here after a Wholefoods trip. However lately all the stuff I want to stock up on is almost gone. I wish they would stock their sales items more. Sometimes a girl just needs to buy her hair coloring in bulk to avoid those gray roots!
