Since Mollie left I was going to the Ulta in Springfield for my brows. Well, I am back at the Woodbridge location and Tiffany does my brows now. I have had a wonderful experience each time she does my brows. She takes her time and listens to exactly what I describe for the look of my brows. So if you are looking for a great professional experience. PLEASE see Tiffany! And Fizza is very sweet as well…

This is a review of customer service more than actual services. I called to set an appointment to get an eyebrow wax done yesterday. After I was shuttled to a different associate, I had to repeat my request and was placed on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up. It felt like I had been forgotten on the phone and helped me make my decision not to go here.
Update 03/​08/​2106: my first review was one star for phone customer service only. The store is severely understaffed. With that being said, I really wanted to try the brow mapping and shaping that Benefit is famous for. Just got finished with Erica and she is great. The service was good, my eyebrows look really good. She was conversational, but asked questions and gave tips on keeping them looking that way. So, one star for the store, and five for Erica. Bonus, she wasn’t pushy with the product but did suggest some.

I had never done a real eyebrow wax especially because the local nail places do it for cheaper but they always took off too much and made it too short. I decided to grow out my eyebrows to have a fresh start. Mollie did a wonderful job. Not only did she have quick hands to minimize the pain but she did a great job. It was actually relaxing! I already booked my next appointment and can’t wait: D

Biggest downfall, Tori (the only one that does brow mapping) has left. The other girls are very friendly and do a decent job, but not having anyone doing brow mapping isn’t worth the $ 20 charged for waxing. In my opinion, if you’re advertised as a Benefit Brow Bar, your waxers should all offer the same service.
