Domino’s Pizza

Don’t order from this Domino’s if you expect to actually get your food. I ordered from this Domino’s tonight as I usually do on Tuesdays because of my work schedule. Every time I order I SPECIFICALLY say on the order in the delivery instructions «IF NO ANSWER AT THE DOOR, PLEASE LEAVE OUTSIDE.» I do this because I work on call and sometimes I get a call right before they are about to deliver my order so I won’t be there to accept the delivery. Tonight as every night, I prepaid with my card and gave those specific delivery instructions. I had scheduled my food to be delivered at 11:15pm (the latest you can ask for, because that’s when I had hoped I would be home) While I was out working I got a very rude message from someone calling me saying their driver was at my door (I am not able to answer my phone because of work). Tonight when I got home at midnight I looked outside and my order was not left out there like I had requested. In the past Domino’s has left my order with no problem but tonight was apparently something different. I called this dominos to speak to someone but got hung up twice. I can honestly say I will never order from this dominos again if this is how they treat their customers.

If I could accurately describe how downright perfect this store makes its pizzas and delivers them I’d have to use curse words. This review should do just fine though. I’m very impressed with you guys!

Ok, so i had a not so good experience last time. So i have to say first thank you dominos for caring about the fact it didn’t go so well and gave me a couple coupons for free pizzas to make up for it. So on to the review. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and some cheese bread and also some chicken Alfredo. The chicken Alfredo was decent, a little dry but not bad, either way not what I’m going to dominos for. :) the cheese bread, always good, and the pizzas were delicious as well. Couldn’t have been happier with my visit. Congrats dominos on a successful job at satisfying your customers. 5 stars!!!

I haven’t ordered Dominos in 10 years because the city I was living in didn’t have a franchise. We moved to Woodbury yesterday and was craving pizza. We thought we should try Dominos. We ordered 3 small pizzas, chicken tenders and lava cakes. Pizza was okay for a chain restaurant. Loved the lava cakes. The crunchy outside is to die for! We’re huge fans of Ian’s Pizza in Madison WI so we ordered the Buffalo Chicken and BBQ Chicken pizzas. They were okay… nothing special. The BBQ was a little to sweet for my taste.
If I am too lazy to cook and want pizza I will order again from Domino’s unless I find another place that delivers better pizza here in Woodbury.

This specific Dominoes is one of the best I’ve ever ordered from. Whether I’m at home or work I order from here and the food is always prepared well, delivered on time, and the service is always top notch. There have been moments where the food will arrive 20 minutes after initial purchase. I never have had any issues with the food, and if there are any complications they always resolve it in a timely manner and professionally. I would highly recommend this Dominoes for high accolades and for anyone having doubts of their future pizza orders.

We really like this location. Our food is never greasy or cold. The staff always calls us ahead of time to let us know when they are bringing our food. Everyone has been friendly and they come out even in the most terrible weather conditions. We will continue to use this location as long as we are in Woodbury!
