1. Wife went here and basically they couldn’t do anything for her. She had to go a real AT&T store to actually get some service.
2. Purchased a car charger and needed to return it (box unopened). Their policy is that such things can not be returned. In this age of customer service, I wasn’t expecting that load of BS.
3. After the fact, I found the same product being sold at vastly cheaper prices at an online retailer, making this place a rip-off by comparison.
My advice: shop elsewhere for portable phones and accessories.
