WORSTPLACEEVER!!! The are under«New» Ownership and have the worst business practices. My Sister-in-law received 200.00 worth of Gift Cards for Christmas. We have been going to this place for many years. We went the first week in March 2015 and used 2 of the gift cards, no problem. Today we went and there was a sign that said «Gift cards WILL be accepted after March 22, 2015 due to Ownership Change» Well last time I checked that means they plan to honor the gift cards. But not today… they refused service and stated that the forgot to write the word No in the beginning of the sign. and basically stated that they didn’t care that we still had 120.00 worth of cards left. Of course no one in the shop spoke English so they enlisted the help of some 3rd party on their cell phone to give us the bad news. The lady in the shop lied about being the owner. To make a long story shorter, we wasted 1 ½ hours there arguing over these gift certificates. THEYREFUSEDTOHONORTHEMORGIVE A REFUND. I will be filing a case with the better business bureau and a smalls claim action as well. VERYBADBUSINESS!!!

AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. I think that says it all really. The room is great. Quiet, dark, about 7 beds in it, but we were the only two there(now I understand why). They bring out a bucket of water for you to put your feet in, whilst they massage the rest of you. The water was the most comfortable part. The guy who massaged me stank of cigarette smoke — i should have walked then, but I didn’t(my fault). His breath also smelled of something else, but I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt. He then proceeded to take out every anger issue he had pent up inside him on my body, to the point I raised my hand and said ENOUGH. Awful place, awful people … and believe me, I’m willing to give anyone and everyone a second chance, but I was here once before, and it wasn’t great then, but I thought I’ll try once more. Then to top it all, they stand at the front door waiting for their tip. HORRIBLEPLACE, never again.

Place is really sketchy! I ended up going here because Happy Feet was booked. The man up front kept changing the price at first… I was really confused if he understood what kind of massage I want. The woman that waa giving me this weird oily massage kept leaving every 2 minutes to the bathroom or go massage someone else I think. It was just weird, I was waiting for it to end!

Rude! I love foot massages, and for $ 20 you can’t beat it. About a month ago I went with a friend of mine to Warner Plaza Foot Spa. We walked in and were asked which option we wanted. I pointed to the $ 20 one and she pointed to the $ 40 one. I thought it was odd when they asked if I wanted oil when I was laying down, but I declined. Otherwise the massage was normal, but average. When we went to leave my friend paid first and then walked out. When I went to hand over my credit card they tried to charge me $ 40 saying they gave me the uograded massage. First off I didn’t ask for anything upgraded and second there was nothing upgraded about it. They made it this huge deal that I wasn’t paying for the upgraded massage even though I only asked for the $ 20 one. There were 4 of them standing around me yelling and then speaking their native language in between yelling. After 10 minutes, which felt like forever, they charged my card and I left. Needless to say I won’t be going back. Which is too bad for them because I go often and always tip at lest $ 10.

I have no complaints about this place at all. I am not a massage snob and all I was hoping for was a nice hour of relaxation, which is just what I got. How you can complain when you’re paying $ 20 for an hour of full body massaging kinda confuses me. I mean, that price is just unheard of when it comes to massages, and I thought my lady(Lucy) was fantastic. They do your full back, neck, face, arms, legs, and feet… so rad! If you call ahead to make an appointment(recommended, walk-ins had to wait up to 45 minutes!), ask for Lucy. She was good. Yes, you are in a giant room with 10 other people, but if you’re easily bothered by noise, bring an ipod. Seriously. I don’t think its fair to give a place 1 star because of people talking… it’s not a spa! That’s why you’re getting such a good deal. Come on! Give these nice people a break. They were super friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone. Just don’t go with super high expectations. In this case, you’re actually getting a lot more than what you’re paying for, which is next to nothing.

I’ve been to this place twice and I will not return. It would be nice if they spoke a word or two of English. but nothing, nada, zip, zilch. They have the TV and radio on at the same time… yikes! The phone rings LOUD and they answer without lowering voices. This one worker was actually hocking up phlegm and it was loud. I mean very loud. and he kept on doing it. The massage is weak and boring. I think my person was falling asleep. The store is right next to a bar. so the guess what. you get to hear a bunch of tards being noisy as you try to relax. The owner walked in chatting on his cell phone completely oblivious to the fact that people were trying to relax. This place sucks!

2 and half stars because their service was decent. If you have read my previous reviews, you will realize I love foot massages and go at least once a week. I generally drive all the way to the San Gabriel Valley because even with the gas prices and traffic, it is well worth it. I have been trying to find a decent place in the Valley with no luck. LOCATION: This place is a few doors down from Gorikee’s in the same plaza. PRICE: $ 20 per hour, but they charge you $ 2 if you want to use the mud bath packages. However, they did not tell me that and just offered the packages to us when we sat down. Not too honest… DECOR: This place seems pretty clean and is decently quiet for a foot massage place. SERVICE: They had pretty good service. They allow you to customize your massage so you can have more or less back and more or less foot massage. They have a timer set to 60 minutes, so they don’t rip you off. Now, on to the massage portion, one word… WEAK! The back portion felt like someone barely scratching my back and neck. The foot massage was slightly better but not that much. They did not work my entire feet. A good foot massage place will work every part of your feet so you feel super afterwards. Some parts might be a little painful, but it generally feels very good. It’s like getting a full-body, your tight parts will hurt a little, but it’s a good hurt. Well, this one left me with nothing. The person I went with had the same comment with their foot massage. SO, I will be driving back to the San Gabriel Valley for a «real» foot massage. However, this place has better service, décor and cleaniless than Chinese Foot Massage by the old Snapper Jon’s. But, I doubt I will be back.
