This is the worst DD around the area. The older Indian lady and the younger male employees who work there are great but they hired a new younger Hispanic girl who is horrible. The last 3 times I went she didn’t say one word. Not a hi or can I take your order. Just a stare down except the last time she said one word to me and that was ‘receipt.’ I’m guessing she was asking me if I wanted my receipt but who knows.
I also ask them for skim milk and they pour 60 percent of the cup with skim milk. Hello? I’d like some coffee in that cup.
I’m only giving it 2 stars because of the lady and younger boys work work there that are nice.

I’ve tried this place MANY times because it is the closest Dunkin Doughnuts to my house. It’s also the Worst Dunkin Doughnuts I’ve been too. The people never fail to be slow. The service is unfriendly, have trouble with English and then become frustrated and short with Me. Today I bought a Box of Joe as s treat for my co-workers and saw the worker behind the counter drop some food on the floor and continue to serve it!
This is the last time I go to THIS Dunkin Doughnuts.

Employees are very attentive. Coffee is fresh and my bagels with cream cheese was very good. This was the first time I’ve ever been treated nicely at a Dunkin Donuts. :) Will return.
