The worst place I have ever been to. This Kathy woman destroyed my beautiful hair by over bleaching it for 45 minutes and doing the ugliest ombré I have ever seen. The next day I called the saloon and told them they need to fix it. They were shocked by what they saw and another girl did my hair again and after dyeing it she bleached it again. Not even a week later the color came out they did lowlights again. Another week went by the color faded again I called the manager and she told me this time she was gonna take care of it. Left from work early to get there and when I arrived the manager had left hours before I got there.
Now my hair is breaking and getting shorter and shorter evem after 2 months of bleaching.
The worst experience of my life… asked for my money back they gave me only $ 60.
I am suing that place for negligence and I am going to ask for damages. It will take forever for my hair to grow healthy again.

I’ve never bothered with having a regular hairdresser — I just go where ever, when ever the mood strikes, but I was lucky enough to have Ellen at Avia today and I will be going back to her regularly. She gave me the most perfect haircut. I adore it. She took her time and really understood the look I was going for — I can’t say enough positive about her.
