Went for bagels only because it was close by. Never been here before. They were absolutely horrible. Not sure why people like them. No substance or texture. The best bagels is in Sterling. Place called Café Fresh Bagel.

Absolutely love this place! Delicious bagels and friendly staff. I’m completely obsessed with the olive cream cheese and their bacon and avocado wraps! You can definitely tell that the bagels and freshly made! Obsessed! ;)

Delicious bagels. Unfortunately one time I was here I got a bagel sandwich & found a gross black hair in my food. I realized these things can happen so I went back again, this time I ordered my usual, poppyseed bagel toasted with salsa cream cheese and drove away. I later realized they gave me the wrong cream cheese, bummer. Then today I went there to give them one more chance and I ordered my usual and the woman behind the counter said, $ 10 minimum on debit cards. I said, is that even legal? She dismissed me with a shrug and moved on to the next customer. It was beyond rude. She didn’t direct me to the ATM next door or ask if I wanted anything else. Needless to say I won’t be going back. This place has gone downhill since they changed management. Hopefully I can find another yummy bagel place nearby. Full disclosure, I’m 7 month pregnant & hungry, but c’mon give people a break. Or charge them a small fee for using there card. No one carries cash these days anyway.

$ 10.00 minimum charge for credit/debit??? Managment needs to wake up and realize it’s 2016-no one carries cash anymore. Worcester is gross

These might be the best bagels you can get in Worcester. For most that’s not saying much. I do however love a place that has more than 4 flavors of cream cheese! And has them all freshly made and ready to take home too? Yum! What I can gripe about is coming in and standing in line looking at all these lovely bagel flavors like«Garlic Spinach» but they never seem to have them or even make them at all anymore. It makes me so sad face. I can get a plain bagel with cream cheese at dunks but coming to a cute place like this I hoped for yummy variety. Call me picky but i’d totally pay a little extra for the different stuff! Unfortunately the iced coffee is horrendous so you really go for the sandwiches which are very good and made to order. They do have desserts that are great but they go fast. I do want to try wraps(another obsession of mine) so can’t speak for the lunch items. I’ll be back!

Gotta be the best bagels on the east side of the Mississippi. I love the garlic bagels with the scallion cream cheese or a classic bacon egg and cheese. Every bagel is handmade. The food is fresh and always good. Coffee is always perfect. Probably would eat breakfast here every morning if I could. The girl who works Sunday’s is pretty cute too

The ladies behind the counter are rude. The chicken for my bagel sandwich was awful. I had a horrible experience.

Amazing bagels and wraps! Having lunch now and I got the Turkey Classic wrap, but I always love getting the Chinese Chicken Salad wrap. It’s an explosion of flavor I’m your mouth! They make all their cream cheeses and bagels from scratch. My favorite bagel is the poppy seed bagel with olive pimento cream cheese.

Not what it used to be! Five years ago, I would to go to Bagel Time at least once a weekend. Now that I work in the area, I have noticed a steady decline over the past few years. The bagels have gotten smaller, much thinner and over baked. The past two times I’ve gotten a bagel there, I have received comments from coworkers about how thin the bagel was. It just wasn’t enjoyable. Where are the plump bagels of years past? I gave them two stars because the owners are friendly and I know of the epic bagels they are capable of. I hope they read this and make some adjustments.

What a treat! Fresh warm bagels with a smear of fresh veggie cream cheese in Worcester. Sweet and warm service. Clean and neat and the added bonus of lively college students bounding in from nearby colleges. I cheated though and had a rugelach. Probably shouldn’t write a review because my wife may see it.

One of the only places in Worcester to get nova lox. Awesome bagels, great cream cheese spreads, and great sandwiches. There is usually enough parking in the lot. 10 minimum for credit cards. Definitely one of my favorite places to get breakfast!

Outstanding bagels and cream cheese! Took my kids and girlfriend and was very pleasantly surprised. My GF and I both had the Spinach and Garlic bagels with light veggie cream and my kids had sesame with plain. Both kids immediately commented on how fresh the bagels were. They were absolutely right. Sadly the same can not be said for the coffee. Not undrinkable… but needs improvement to get the fifth star. That being said… the price was more than reasonable and I will be back very soon.

The two girls working behind the counter are extremely rude and detract from the experience. They make customers feel unwelcomed and unwanted. I have always loved the food but with service like that I will not be returning.

Really nice soft bagels, I was there 6:30AM and the bagels are there bagels are the softest ones I have had to date. The ladies behind the counters are also great. There Spinach Garlic bagel is basically«everything bagel» which you get at dunkin except this is much softer. Not a big fan of there cream cheese though which has a very soft also mousse like consistency. I got few different flavors and consistency was the same across different flavors. If you are used to real huge chewy bagels and thick cream cheese like the one you get in Long Island, NY than this place might not thrill you that much. As far as Worcester goes this is definitely the best I have found so far.

Oh Bagel Time, I yearn for your delicious bagels with cream cheese. Ever since moving away from Worcester there is a void in my heart where your bagel-y goodness used to be. I’ve yet to find anything that comes close to being as fresh, diverse, and tasty in the Providence area. Perhaps it’s road trip time! My favorites would be the spinach garlic or everything bagel with bacon scallion cream cheese or the cinnamon raison bagel with maple walnut raisin cream cheese. I could never make my mind up so I always got one of each. For a more substantial meal, the traditional nova lox sandwich on an onion bagel is what my dreams are made of.

Got a garlic bagel with tomato basil cream cheese. I’m a fan of whipped cream cheese and theirs was pretty good. They also didn’t toast the life out of my bagel, just enough to warm it and the cream cheese which is how I prefer it. Bagels were pretty average though, on par with Brueggers. The coffee wasn’t very good. If I lived nearby, I’d probably eat here somewhat frequently.

The spinach garlic bagel with scallion cream cheese is the closest thing to a full body orgasm. It makes your breath smell like hell but it’s completely worth it. I’m taking off one star because my order got screwed up a few times. I was going through a vegetarian phase, and they gave me the bacon scallion cream cheese instead of the plain scallion. I was half-way into eating it before I noticed. Made me feel ill.

I really love Bagel Time… I love the bagels because they’re reasonably sized and not super-sized, they are not so dense where you feel like a brick is in your stomach when you’re finished eating, they’re usually warm and there are TONS of cream cheese selections. My favorite that I had today was the spinach and garlic bagel with scallion bacon cream cheese. I also had to pick up a medium coffee with a sourdough bagel as is… those three things cost under $ 6, which is a steal especially compared to some very expensive ‘gourmet’ coffee shops. I’ve previously had lunch there and their sandwiches and various salads are fresh and home-like. I believe its family run/owned and they’re all incredibly nice and appreciative of the business. I believe this is a Worcester staple.
