Dental Dreams

I had a cleaning. The dentist used an electronic tool to clean the front and back of teeth but did nothing in between the teeth. No flossing. No tarter removal.

This place is aweful. One of the fillings they gave me fell out in two months and the other one was done incorrectly so it caused me pain, and my teeth felt fine before going there!
That’s all you really need to know but I’ll tell you the full story in case someone feels like hearing it. I went in for a simple cleaning, the dentist said I had two cavities. She wanted to fill them right there, told her I had plans to go out to dinner, so if they needed to numb my mouth I’d rather just come back. She said they were tiny and would not need lidocaine. After she started drilling it was very painful, and at that point you have a hole in your tooth so you can’t exactly stop, so they had to numb me. She ended up having t numb me twice because it was still painful as she was drilling. It ruined my dinner because half my face was numb. But I can forgive all that because maybe I’m just very sensitive and a most people would have tolerated those filling without numbing like she had said.
One of my fillings was painful from the start, but I read online that can happen because it can take time for fillings to «settle». After about two months I suddenly had intense pain on one of my other teeth whenever I ate, drank, etc. I went to a different dentist and one filling had already fallen out! The other filling that had been hurting all that time was done incorrectly. My dental insurance would not cover getting them fixed at a different place because it was too soon after the original fillings were done, and said if I go back to Dental Dreams they should fix them for free since they messed up. Well no way was I going back there, so I paid out of pocket top get my teeth fixed by someone else. Now I have no pain in my teeth.
I felt like they were pressuring me to get my cavities filled right then, and rushed it and messed up. I had no pain or problems before going there, cant help but feel like I was duped and maybe there were no cavities to start with and they just wanted my money. The facility itself is not particularly nice and smells musky.
I now call this place Dental Nightmares. I suggest you go elsewhere.
