Dunkin’ Donuts

You know, i’ve been going to this Dunkin for awhile. almost same time every night. so 3^rd shift knows me well. they are awesome. i drink at least 4 coffees a day. i’ve had an issue when the morning staff. Large Ice, 7 liq sugars 4 cream. CANT be done. they have to remake my coffee at least twice before i leave the parking lot. you know im a very friendly person. there is a line so i wait in line to get my coffee remade and when i get to the counter and let them know hey, there isnt enough sugar, could you remake it please? or maybe add more sugar? and its like im asking them to pick up the building and move it 100 feet down the road. you know? i’ve actually heard one of the ladies in the back say. «she should just come back here and make it herself» Hunny i would LOVE to! i didnt say anything because IM not rude and i enjoy going there to have a coffee and a butt at the tables out there with my friends and talk you know. im going to be honest i haven’t been to this dunkin in a few days because i had an issue with a man there, that sits in the building ALL day ALL night. he actually is offering customers and Staff for sexual favors for money. i really didnt know if i heard that correctly untill he approached me out side at the tables as i was waiting for my friends. i kindly dismissed the conversation. «uhm no, no, no» he continued to talk disgusting to me. i got up. walked inside and a customer who was inside said «yeah i saw him talking to you too. he does that to everyone» i didnt say anything to her. i walked up to the counter and asked for a manager. and owner of the
store. i explained to them what was going on. and the other customer came up and started to say the that this man has done the same. then a few female staff members also
jumped into the conversation talking about the same subject with this man. mind you this convo is going on at the front counter. clearly looked like i was bothering both of them.
the owner is a young lady. maybe little older then myself. (i’m 21) and the manager is about 30 years old male. they lady really said to me «not my problem, call the police».
hes a customer like you are i cant just tell him to leave. you know but… sooner or later
your not going to have any customers BECAUSE of this man. im out there by myself i
was hoping to have someone help me address this issue and come out side and say look you cannot be going around to woman and offering money for sexual favors. and… neither one of them seemed to care on how frighten or disturbed i was. im aware he still goes there. because his car is in the parking lot everytime i drive by. i saw him get into his car that day. before i went outside again. calling the police would have done nothing. write up a police report and that would have been it. honestly dont need to be calling the police if its not an emergency. i wasnt dying and he wasnt touching me. whole point of the problem is i was frightened and wanted either the manager or owner to atleast say hey you cannot be talking to people like that on this property. so on so forth. but. they just didnt seem to care. i have been going to Dunkin’ on RT 20. i enjoy going there. i dont have to go back in and have them remake my coffees and stuff. beyond friendly. i only rated this a 2 star because i enjoy the 3^rd shift staff. i do go there friday nights with a group of friends. and thats the only time i will go there. is third shift &; with a few friends. i will not attend this dunkin alone. nor in the mornings. regardless who im with.

I hate this dunkin donuts. I avoid it like a plague. They ALWAYS ALWAYS get my order wrong and when I mention it, I get attitude. I understand the morning is busy but come on!!! You can be efficient and LISTEN to the order. I feel like they just want to rush through it doesn’t matter if they get your order right or not. If happens once in a while someone gets the order wrong but every time is quiet infuriating. I always go to the one on rt.20 which is out of my way but that’s not always possible. I go by today to get a medium french vanilla latte, light on the foam, extra sugar… i got the latter alright, no french flavor and half a cup of coffee with half foam, no sugar… This is one of the absolute worst DD. Even when you go inside, still a problem, they are super slow inside. I’m done with them for real. I’d rather get my coffee from 711 down the road… urgh!

Can’t imagine what they were giving away when I was there, because i sure didn’t get anything besides what I ordered. I stopped in on a weekday morning only to be greeted by a long line at the drive thru that wrapped around a fairly full and large parking lot. No big worries as the line moved fairly quick.
Had no problems hearing the order taker, I was greeted by a friendly employee who presented my with a correct order. Life was good.

The staff is always friendly and quick, but they have messed up my iced coffee numerous times. Always make it a regular when I order a flavor. I’ll continue going because of the good service, but they need to work on their accuracy!

Let’s just say I will drive by 10 other DD’s to come to this one because of the great, accurate, and prompt service. they are usually very busy because they are so good but its worth the wait. This is the best DD in worcester.

nice big shoppe with lots of space, lots of seating, modern décor, a drive thru and well stocked shelves. counter help was fast and efficient…
