Not reliable at all. The last two times i ordered a sandwich it was gross and not edible. The coffee beans are left open and exposed to collect dust. The prices are not cheap for the service to be so bad.

They get my coffee right sometimes. More often then not, their coffee doesn’t taste like coffee. It’s watered down and gross. Only reason I still come here is because it’s so close to where I live now. Please hire some new employees that are actually nice, and try to do their job correctly. The amount of times I’ve had to stop at another Dunkins on my way to work to fix my coffee is ridiculous. I used to work at a Dunkins, it’s not that hard to brew the coffee correctly.

I attempted to use a free beverage reward from my DD Perks. The woman at the register told me that it was only valid for medium beverages when the receipt even said it was valid for any sized beverage! She made me pay for my beverage.

I agree with the previous reviewer… Store Packed tight, no tables to sit down, and very small counter to order inside… Great drive thru though

Located in the Gulf Station in Kelley Square, it’s tight quarters inside. I suggest staying alert in the drive thru, this one Is tricky. It runs the perimeter of the parking lot but once you order you must watch for cars entering/leaving the pumps as you make your way to The window.
Otherwise, it’s your typical Dunks.
