Crystal and Caitlin are excellent! Moved to Worcester 8 months ago and have been going to these lovely ladies to upkeep my lashes. They do a great job for a reasonable price. They are honest with what you need and have high quality products. I’ve gotten my lashes done in two other states now over the past 2 years and NKD lash and glue is high quality. Their glue for sensitive eyes does cause redness or skin irritation that can happen at other places! I would highly recommend them!

Audrena was gentle, sweet and patient. She answered all my questions and took her time explaining everything I wanted to know. Audrena had great product knowledge especially with ingredients and how they would work with my skin. She was so sweet and wonderful! I’m 24 hrs post facial and my skin feels wonderful and looks great. The salon is clean as a whistle, super easy parking, which is a plus because Kelley Sq. isn’t known for it’s ample parking. The salon looks brand new with very chic decorating. The salon has plenty of options, with very reasonable pricing and a rewards program. I will certainly be back!

This is an exceptional facility in the heart of Kelly Square, Worcester, MA. The place is upscale, clean and modern trendy atmosphere. Easy parking right outside their entrance close by their door. NKD has easy to follow instructions for booking online. They offer several beauty services and have a retail boutique store — best to check their website. I was coming to a wedding from CA and needed eyelash fills for my existing lashes so I booked online. What attracted me was their website and location. I was looking for a upper end salon using the best eyelash extensions (Xtreme). On 10/​12, I entered a beautiful salon and was greeted by friendly receptionist, then met Kristie the owner who applied my lashes. I couldn’t be more pleased with my service, the relaxing table, gel pads on my eyes and the skill level of Kristie. She was awesome and knew how to apply eyelash ext. She even suggested more slender lashes for my eyes. Her advise was right on and my lashes have performed beautifully and look great. For a first time visit, I was most impressed with Kristie she is one of the best trained Xtreme Lash technicians in central MA. She will make you look gorgeous with extensions or strip lashes. I will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you, Kristie for my beautiful lashes and your beautiful detailed work.

I’m not one who typically pampers herself but I had a gift card to NKD and wanted to try the Micro 2 facial. I must say, I am now a believer in the powers of what a good facial can do for you! First and foremost, the ambiance in itself is worth every single penny. From the moment you walk in the door at NKD, you are treated like royalty. From the relaxing music, heated bed/​blankets, and warm lighting, you are getting THE FULL SPA experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and totally private. If that wasn’t enough, the neck and shoulder massage at the end sealed the deal! Now for the facial: my skin has NEVER felt or looked better! I felt like a million bucks when I left, so much so that I went shopping with NO makeup on right after! I used to sell a really high end facial line that prides itself on in home facials and despite it being a good product, nothing will ever compare to the results you get from a facial at NKD! I am obsessed and will be going back for more!

I am loving Nkd’s new space! It was a much needed upgrade. The new treatment rooms are spacious, clean and relaxing. I have been a regular at Nkd since they opened, and recommend them to everyone — whether it’s for a wax, facial, lash extensions or hair services, Nkd is THE place to go!!!

First of all, I want to thank all the wonderful beauty artists at NKD to make my day went smoothly and beautifully. Here’s why. I went in for my makeup with Crystal. She did an awesome job on the makeup, she also gave me drinks to relax. She kindly gave me an energy bar because I didn’t have anything to eat before going in and I was starving. She saved me! Lol then Amy did my hair exactly how I wanted. And she finished early so I had extra time to get to my wedding location. The hair stayed in place the whole day until 8 pm. Before my wedding day I went in for my first bikini wax with Kristie. I was very nervous but she was very nice and professional, making me feel very comfortable. Tiffany did my eye brows and upper lip. She took extra time on me to make sure everything was on point. For all the ladies out there, NKD is definitely the place to go. One stop shop, save you time and energy. The price is very fair for the great quality service you receive. I will definitely go back.

I have been coming here for about 3 months now for bikini waxing and each time I have an appointment I am very satisfied. Tiffany is very professional and makes the appointment process comfortable from start to finish. The salon is extremely clean and I would absolutely recommend coming here. Reserved parking out back for customers is an added bonus.

I had a great experience at NKD getting a full makeup and strip lash application. A few days before going to a wedding I decided I wanted to get my makeup done so I googled around and NKD came up. I was a little meh about having to wrangle through Kelley Square but I made my appointment online and on the day of I left early to make sure I got there on time. They have their own parking lot so that made things easier.
Anyways, I got there and walked in and the space is really nice. Lovely natural light coming in, attractive layout, very clean. Caitlin was my makeup artist and she was super nice and I basically told her the general gist of what I wanted and she did an awesome job! I got the look I wanted, plus the week before my chin had decided to break out (much to my dismay…) and she literally worked magic and made the unevenness and redness just disappear. I was nervous about getting my makeup done at 9AM for a 4PM event (but it was really my only choice because we had to drive a bit to get to the wedding, and I was also getting my hair done, so everything needed to be done kind of early) but my makeup stayed looking fresh until well into the late night (I just reapplied lip color), so I was impressed at the longevity. Pricing is pretty spot on with industry standard.
All in all, I had a great experience and I’m happy to have found a «beautification» place closer to me (in the past I’ve gone out to Boston for things like this) so in the future I will be back!
