we used to order every weekend until one day the delivery driver(must be a new one) instead of ringing the inter-phone to our apartment he knocked on the hallway door thinking it was my apt. 1 hour and a half later I called to ask why was it taking so long and the person on the phone was EXTREMELY rude, mad, I offered to repay for the delivery and he said they threw the pizza in the trash and I should call another pizza place. and hung up on my face. that’s how they treat their loyal customers. I could not believe how they are so unprofessional and careless.

Very good wings. Fries ok, needed salt. Delivery was slow, so pick up if u can. Ordered here last night because it’s down the street from us. I wanted ribs but they don’t make them anymore! The wings were excellent and very moist inside. Not overdone! My BF’s calzone was cooked well & good except it lacked a bit of salt. They use the Broaster method of cooking chicken & I think I’m a new fan! Check them out!

I ordered out here a week ago when I had my parents over. We picked up and the guy who rang us out was friendly. My Mom & I shared spicy teriyaki chicken wings & spicy bum bum. Very tasty but could of used a more sauce on wings and could of been spicier. The mini mashed potatoes that came with it were the perfect portion size for myself but maybe not enough for everyone. We also ordered a side of french fries and they were delish. Very good! Coleslaw was also good! The pickiest eater out of the group. My Dad of course, had a sausage grinder & loved it! What made me think to write this review is because I just got off the phone with my Mom and she said he was so upset that he forgot his leftovers at my house ha! Next time they visit I’ll now where to pick up food :)

This used to be one of my favorite places to order from. The last two times I’ve ordered, it’s taken a full hour for my food to arrive, something has been cold, and something has been spoiled. This time the salad was made with the core of the lettuce, bitter and nasty. The Jamaican beef patty was spoiled, tasted weird and made both of us sick. The time before that, the sauce in my gyro was old and spoiled and ruined the whole sandwich. I won’t be ordering again, things have gone way downhill.

Eat Smart is a place that knows my order when I call — it’s a friendly neighborhood pizza place in the Vernon Hill section of Worcester. They have an extensive menu of food and there have only been one or two of the hundreds of items that I have thought were lackluster. Pizza — Their pizza is exceptionally tasty. Crispy crust, good cheese, fresh ingredients make for good pizza. Mushrooms aren’t canned, which is a pet peeve of mine. They have really decent deals with their pizzas as well, check out their menu for the specials. If you’re looking for a smaller size, they offer a personal sized pizza as well. Subs — Their subs are made with good crusty bread that when toasted, makes the sandwich. All subs have a standard lettuce, tomato, onions, provolone cheese topping which is helpful. Standouts are the steak and cheese as well as the chicken cutlet. Other things of note: The chicken tenders are made fresh with a light breading that crisps up when fried, it’s what they use on their salads and subs too. Incredibly good. Salads are fresh lettuce with spring mix added — which is hard to find at neighborhood places. Appetizers are the only variance in quality, fries comes piping hot with the option for curly, regular or waffle fries — but the potato skins are terrible and expensive for the potato and a half that you’re given.

We’ve ordered from this place numerous times now, and it’s gradually becoming our«fall-back» for delivery when we don’t feel like cooking or going out. Their menu is pretty extensive for a delivery pizza and wings place, and most of their dishes really are quite good. In addition to pizza and wings, they also have pasta and a few other things, and their pastas are not bad in a pinch. Their pizza is really good — not the best I’ve had ever, but definitely one of the best I’ve had around Worcester. Not everything is excellent — I’ve had a few things that I definitely wouldn’t order again. With that size of a menu, though, you have to figure that it’s going to be at least somewhat hit or miss — I’d say we’ve had a lot more«hits» than«misses.» Finally, one of the most convenient things about this place, for me, is that you can place your order on-line. I like that because A. I apparently inherited some kind of deep-seated telephone-aversion from my father, and I like not having to call to order, and B. it increases the chances that the place will get your order right since it eliminates the possibility of mis-hearing you. Even with an online order, the delivery is generally prompt. Overall, it definitely isn’t a 5-star restaurant, but for what it is, EatSmart serves its purpose well. Does have a really weird name, though.

This place is surprisingly good. I had never had their food prior to last weekend, when my girlfriend and I decided to buy dinner there. I am typically reluctant to check out places like this when I have no idea what they are about, but, I can be adventurous. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. Though this place is also a pizza place, the Broaster Chicken, they make and sell is exceptionally good. The prices are very fair. My girlfriend and I got a 6 piece box of chicken, mashed potatoes and jalapeño poppers, all for around 13 dollars, and that was more than enough for both of us together. If you are in the area, I suggest checking out this place. I think you’d be as pleasantly surprised as I was. Especially if you are the type such as I, to avoid places like KFC.
