A great little lunch spot connected to(actually in, I guess) the DCU center. Yummy sandwiches and salads, coffees and iced tea. My grilled sandwich with mushrooms, cheese and fig spread hit the spot and the homemade chips on the side were a nice touch. It’s too bad there aren’t more seats– only a couple tables and a curving window-front area with stools.

Loved it! I got the mushroom madness and it was delicious! It does get busy during lunch so make sure you call ahead of time.

Nice spot for lunch. Sandwiches can be hit or miss. Don’t always have enough food prepped… on two occasions, they did not have mac and cheese available :(

So I came here on Day 2 of Metal Fest which fell on a Saturday. Seems like nothing was opened near by the Palladium. After some research and being hangry for the last 20 minutes searching for food, I came across this place. Figs & Pigs is in the DCU but it does have an entrance outside right on the intersection and hard to miss. By the way, there is a café attached to the Palladium but of course it gets busy because all the concert goers are there. So anyways, I go in and tried to order breakfast but missed it, again still hangry. I finally ordered a chicken sandwich with some homemade chips. AND let me tell you that it was delicious! Actually just writing this I’m kind of craving it now. So if you have a chance, it’s not a bad spot to grab lunch.

I liked my sandwich here it was cheesy and mushroomy and the bread was great. I felt the person taking my order was a little stressed out, and being able to see behind the counter it seemed other employees were learning their way around the counter. I give three stars because the potato chips were very hard and hurt the roof of my mouth, and I didn’t really find a good place to sit, I wanted a cozy corner.

Very nice people. They could stand to speed up their process a bit. More staff? Food is delicious and upscale for the area. A bit pricey for lunch but better than paying stadium prices at DCU and far better quality food.

My buddy and I went to figs in pigs about a month ago. I got an Asian Phở sandwich, the sandwich was lacking content. I felt there could have been twice as much on that sandwich because all I could taste was a crusty baguette. It’s a shame, because I really felt that this taste was very good. Bright, cheerful and reasonably priced. I did like the soup, as it was flavorful and full of lentils. The brownie desserts were just ok, as they tasted a bit stale. I would go back again. It felt like real food which is always welcome.

My husband and I ate at Figs and Pigs before the Garth Brooks concert at DCU Center. They were serving a limited menu(which we expected given the large number of people there). We both ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwiches. The bbq could have used more sauce and was luke warm. The homemade chips were fantastic! I think the quality of the food could be improved with some simple process changes. The service was slow(they only had one register going) and it took too long to get food that they had already mass produced. Based on other reviews, I’d like to try them again during a normal business day.

The new Worcester, a bit hip, with a strong feel of where you actually are, in Worcester, in this case downtown and connected to the DCU Center. Terrific range of interesting sandwiches and daily specials this place sports a fast moving line of dedicated customers even though it’s only open recently. Everything prepared from scratch, the owner is there supervising the whole operation. Just one great light eat place.

Figs and pigs is a great spot! My soup was hot and full of flavor and the turkey sandwich sandwich was perfect.

Love this place! In walking distance of my school campus and has delicious food! I’ve tried the«French twist» and it was wonderful! They also have great side dishes. This will probably be my go to restaurant for a while :)

Great small place. Mushroom Madness was great with roasted mushrooms, cheese and fig jam on local bread served with great homemade chips. The Figs Bamh Mi was also great; pork, pickled veggies with a spicy chili mayo and also served with those great homemade chips. A great addition to downtown Worcester and the DCU Center. Hope they are here to stay!

Over priced for what you get, which is something not tasty. Ordered the quinoa salad. The butternut squash was not even cooked(maybe it wasn’t supposed to be.) Either way, it was grossly bland that way. The dressing did not fit with the salad at all. Overall, it just didn’t taste right. My friend ordered the Parma sandwich and said it was bland and they missed the mark. The homemade chips were overdone and the only good because they are salty. The service was nice. Overall, if you like good food… I would go elsewhere.

I was really excited for this place, and went there twice now, and very friendly staff, the place is nice, and a great location. The food however, is just ok. I got the mac and cheese with bacon the 1st time, and got the The Roasty, the 2nd time. Neither really impressed me or stood out. There’s not a whole lot of options for lunch downtown, but I think Spoodles and Garden Fresh are the go to spots for most people that work down there, and I don’t really see this place competing with either of them.

This place is an awesome concept that is beautifully executed in terms of food quality and preparation. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because it is not nearly large enough, nor comfortable enough to be classified as anything more than a take out place. Today for lunch I had a cup of lentil soup and a quinoa bowl. Locally sourced fresh produce which is expertly prepared, light, fresh and bursting with flavors other than salt! Just a fantastic spot which needs to already consider how to get a full restaurant setting in my mind. The dressing for the quinoa bowl was just delicious, the pepitas and squash were a perfect textural mix for the fresh greens and quinoa. This place is what B-Good wants to be!!! There needs to be more seating and seats which are more comfortable than the low stools. A great spot which anyone interested in healthy options should rush to!

I have heard amazing things about this place so today I decided to try it. As soon as I walked in got a warm greeting and amazing service. The owner happened to be inside and we had a great conversation! The food is absolutely amazing, I’ve had every variation of a Thanksgiving sandwich but FnPs«The Gobbler» puts them all to shame! The chips are amazing if they put them in a bag and sold them I would probably be buying those on the regular! So happy to see such a wonderful establishment in downtown!

This place is absolutely adorable. You can definitely tell they take an artisan eye and hand to everything. Came for lunch with some work colleagues — seating is a little tight but there is a great view and they spread the seating out around the interior to maximize space. They have a ‘rewards’ card — buy 10 items get the 11th free — and have daily specials. This is as close to lunch fare farm to table as you’re likely to get in the city. The owner came out and greeted us, asked for suggestions and our opinions on our lunches(which were all fantastic). Prices are so great — lunch for four people was only $ 30! We will most definitely make this a weekly tradition!

I’m really excited for this place. FnP just opened up a week ago and I think I’ve found my new favorite study spot. It’s a small spot(I don’t think they can hold more than 20 people inside), but there’s plenty of outlets and good WiFi for everyone. I hope there will be outdoor seating in the summer as well. The food is made from scratch using wholesome ingredients, yet the prices are reasonable for such fare. Most importantly! Their coffee is GOOD. They source their beans from a local micro-roaster, so their beans have the ideal flavor and the drip coffee is consistently smooth. It’s a little pricey for what I’m used to($ 2.25 for a small drip), but I don’t mind paying the extra change to support a local business. They also have an espresso, but I haven’t tried it yet so I can’t comment. Overall, a great place for a bite and a cup of coffee. The owner, Candace, is very friendly and the staff aren’t snooty, look-down-their-noses types you would typically encounter at other such establishments.
