Fingers & Toes

The only reason I am giving this establishment 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees were very pleasant. That makes writing a poor review a very unpleasant task, because I believe customer service is very important. Also, my only experience here has been a pedicure, so perhaps their other services aren’t as poor. I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt.
I went here last Saturday with a friend who was visiting from out of state. They were open later than other salons nearby, and are only a block from my house. We called ahead to make sure they were not too busy and had time and staff for two pedicures. We were told to come in, then 5 minutes later (when we were getting into the car), we got a call back asking if we were still coming, which seemed a bit pushy.
When we arrived, one of the staff was in the middle of doing someone’s nails, so they told us we would have to go one at a time. This was annoying (especially after a pushy phone call from them), but we decided to just do it since we were already there.
The pedicure lasted about 15 – 20 minutes. I have gotten many pedicures before, at places ranging from the mall to highly rated salons, and none of them have ever been so short. They did a foot/​calf massage that was about 2 minutes TOPS, and used a Peg Egg type tool for another minute or two. Most of the pedicure consisted of sitting in the chair with our feet soaking, then getting our toenails painted. We came out with rough feet and poorly painted nails. It was NOT worth the $ 50 price for both of us, and I would never go back here or recommend it to anyone else.

I used to come here all the time but, no more.
I came in to have Shellac polish done, I have really long natural nails so I need the Polish to be soaked off for a little longer than usual to avoid damage to the tips.
The owner was extremely rude and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and made me feel very uncomfortable. Then chose to argue with me for the whole ten minutes I was sitting in the chair.
I ended up leaving with half of the Polish off and went to another salon off of grafton which did a amazing job!
I will never give finger and toes another dollar!

Excellent pedicure very friendly and nice. Chairs are comfy. Place is CLEAN!!! Great location lots of parking.

I have been seeing my nail technician Maya for 10 years now, and have followed wherever she’s gone. She is the only person to be completely precise and thorough in every service that I have gotten from her. I’ve never had any problems with appointment setting, waiting, or being unhappy with a service in 10 years– CLEARLY she knows what she’s doing! She’s fast, clean, neat, personable, and an awesome person. I highly recommend her, and the rest of the staff here. They are wonderful people who just want to make your fingers and toes happier! :)

I’ve had nothing but solid, thorough pedicures here. I don’t understand the other review. The chairs are kind of squeaky, which is annoying, though.

ok so i decided to give this place to give them a second chance and the person who did my nails totally rushed through! after a day my nails had bubbles in the filling and looked like a week had past
i am soo not going back!
