The food is really good but I can’t fully support them because 1) no menu online other than Unilocal pics?! 2) as another reviewer pointed out, they are closed at random times. Frequently. 3) they seem to always forget 1 crucial ingredient like bacon on their bacon burger. Like I said, food is delicious. If you have a lot of time and you’re in the neighborhood, check em out.

Pies are awesome. Fresh crust and homemade sauces and cheese. The Alfredo sauce is creamy and smooth. The Niko pie is sweet and savory and well balanced.

Tried a new pizza there, Reuben Pizza! It was awesome. The food is great and they always try new and exciting items that push the boundaries of a typical pizza place.

My family and I have been supporters of Fratellis since they’ve opened. We live nearby and the food is admittedly above corner store pizza joints. I’m rating them a 1 based on the HUGE decline in customer service. We experienced our first«complainable» experience today when we ordered a usual of ours, the potato skin pizza, and the potatoes on the pizza came undercooked. There were chunks of unpleasantly medium hard potatoes(and rather a lot of garlic compared to normal which we didn’t bother to mention as I happen to be a garlic lover, but the fam not so much). We tried to dig in a few times, but a teether toddler prevented that so once we were able to(an hour or so after the delivery) the gentleman on the phone sounded less than thrilled to hear from us about our pizza. By this time it was past 5:00pm, it was supposed to have been lunch so we politely turned down the offer to «make a more edible pizza». We offered to bring it back in exchange for refund or credit to their establishment to which he said to bring it back. Once the pizza was brought in all the employees scattered to the back except one female who finished up a phone call and asked if we were there to pick up or place an order. We said neither, it was to return a pizza, but before anything else could be said she very rudely took an envelope out from behind the counter, tossed it on the counter, and walked away to the back. Then once out the door all of the employees came out from the back… Awkward much? Unprofessional much? Gathering around the mysterious pizza someone dare complain about? Our apologies your $ 10 small pizza was inedible and unappetizing so we asked for a refund as we weren’t going to eat it, but customer service like that drove atleast 4 of your good customers away!

So much better than the local yocal pizza joints in the area. Home made ricotta in a calzone? Dead.

Ordered a potato skin pizza and mozzarella sticks for carry out and both were delicious. There were huge chunks of potato and bacon on the pizza, only wished there were more green onions but oh well. Tasted even better with sour cream on top. The mozz sticks were yummy too, full of gooey cheese and crispy on the outside without being greasy.

Definitely not your typical shop; you can tell theses guys take pride in their food and it reflects in the product. Everything tastes fresh and is always done well. My personal favorites are the fantastic onion rings and the mediterranean pizza. So UPDATE: After placing this review I placed an order; the onion ring recipe has apparently changed and they were very underwhelming. Also my pizza was nearly burned. EVERY other time I’ve ordered they’ve been excellent, I’m hurt by this. Changing to 4 stars. But if I were a first time customer I’d give 1 star based on this experience.

How are they closed on a Saturday night at 5:30pm!?? No menu online? No warning that they’re closed? Had to drive all the way there to find that out. Awful.

Got a chicken bacon ranch sub and was really impressed to see the chicken was hand breaded, and the veggies were freshly cut, not your typical pizza shop by any means. Also got some pizza and couldn’t help but try the fried pizza. Everything was great, fresh and delicious. I like that they put in the effort to have local sodas and make their food with integrity.

In town for a few days felt like staying in, so I called. I ordered a small meats(pepperoni, sausage, hamburger, and bacon) pizza, and 10 bbq chicken wings. There seemed to be the right amount of everything on every slice of pizza, and the flavor was excellent! The crust was thin, a little puffy on the edges, and the sauce was great. I’m not a big bbq chicken guy, but I’m glad I decided to get them, wow! The chicken fell off of the bone, and the sauce very good. If you’re a local and haven’t ordered here, or a fellow traveler, do yourself a favor, and eat here! Great service from the time of order, to when it was delivered!

Let’s start with atmosphere. A bit warm but had a nice cool breeze coming through. Chill music playing in the background(BlackMill). The service. Friendly, professional and down to earth. The Food!!! Amazing! I had a specialty Pie(Scampi). Amazing! The Shrimp was cooked PERFECTLY! I’ve been all over the place, even if a place offered Shrimp on their pizza, I didn’t even risk it. NO canned mushrooms! Fresh ingredients, well balanced flavors, perfectly cooked toppings. Buffalo Chicken Calzone! Awesome! Real chicken. Not the breaded mush chicken fluff. Good flavor. Their doe is a perfect balance between flexibility, softness, crispness, and flavor. I’ve lived in Worcester 16 Years Never had such good pizza shop around, even one that is willing to deliver a bit out their range! Defiantly making this my new pizza shop! BTW I came in with two small children. One of the guys asked if he could bring out some pizza doe for the kids to play with! And said not to worry about the mess, they’d just clean it up. Never has any other place considered the fact kids can’t just sit still and wait for food. His idea worked great, they played with that doe through the whole meal and we could eat peacefully! Thank you!

These guys do it right. Great place for nice crispy thin crust pizza. The Nico and Fungi are highly recommended. If you’re ordering a sub don’t forget the hand cut fries. Everything I’ve had here has been several notches over the 1,000 other pizza places in the city.

I was sad when Ugly Sub and Pizza went out of business since it was some of the best pizza in the area, but I was also shocked to see how quickly Fratelli’s moved in and took over. It took me a surprisingly long time to make it down after they opened, but right away I knew it was going to fit an Ugly-Sub-shaped hole and better when I tried one of their pies. Since then, I’ve been back several times and it’s consistently been fresh and tasty food. The first time I went, my partner had selected the Chicken Marsala pizza for our dinner and it was awesome, especially because of the extremely fresh, unprocessed, and numerous pieces of chicken. We’re not talking about pre-cut chicken strips out of a food service bag, this is legitimate cooked and chopped off fresh chicken breast meat. I’ve become fond of the buffalo blue in calzone form, stuffed so that it oozes cheese and buffalo-tossed chicken with dressing on the side for dripping. The chicken pesto bravo is a surprisingly good pizza since I’m always skeptical of topping starch with starch, but it’s tasty and the tortellini makes for a nice textural contrast. One of the key signs that you’ve got a winner in a pizza place is that their plain cheese pizza isn’t just for picky eaters, it’s delicious on its own, and Fratelli’s is just that. Fratelli’s is head and shoulders above most of the other local joints in all of the key components, and that’s what makes a plain pizza un-plain: great cheese blend that’s stretchy and salty, great sauce that’s not too sweet, and an amazing crust covered in browned bubbles for a few tasty and crunchy-yields-to-chewy bites at the end of a slice. The only complaints I could make would be that I once got a chicken parm sub which was a little overcooked, and that the chicken pesto bravo could use a bit more of that house pesto to bring out the pesto flavor more and avoid it from being too dry. Those are minor complaints though, they certainly didn’t stop me from finishing my meal, and they deserve that fifth star.

Just moved to Worcester about three months ago. Still checking out all that the Woo has to offer. But, I got my go-to pizza place. I ordered a pizza a few weeks back for delivery. I liked it, but I knew I wanted to go in and experience the pizza fresh out of the oven. I liked the crust that much. This is not a criticism for the delivery. I am a pastry chef, so I just wanted to try it piping hot, no steam in the box sort of thing. I was absolutely right. And I STRONGLY suggest you go pay a visit to my new best friends, Noah and the owner, Brian. A little about them later. Pizzas are made from dough that Brian makes everyday, fresh from scratch. He even showed me the mixing machine! The dough was hand stretched as they prepared our pizza to order. Why is this important? Because they aren’t just stuffing and pressing dough into a pan, or using a machine to stretch, or, God forbid, a premade, preformed pizza crust. Ingredients are fresh! No canned mushrooms here. They thinly slice all veg, so the pizza doesn’t get soggy, and you get that crunch. The menu is appropriate for the size business they have. They like to express creativity with their FRIEDPIZZA. Yes, I said fried pizza. God bless them. Just try it. Oh, and fresh made potato chips for their sandwiches? Yup. Something you can’t even expect from some of the best places around. These guys slice tatoes, deep fry those buggers, so you get fresh chips. My heroes! Okay, we have established that the food is good, and these guys know what they are doing. Why else should you eat here? Well, the prices are more than fair. In fact, for the labor involved because they are not taking shortcuts, it’s a steal. Why else go there? Because Noah and Brian are so nice. What does that have to do with anything? Well, do you want angry pizza? I think not. They are totally laid back, accommodating to every request, and quite frankly, it’s refreshing to see a business owner in his early twenties who is not arrogant or too busy to acknowledge his customers with sincerity and warmth. And, he is working his ass off to succeed. He’s not one of these Worcester County Allstars aimlessly sauntering in and across Chandler Street in busy traffic begging for money because he’s still ‘finding himself’. This guy is taking huge risk running his own business, and it’s a damn good business, while others his age are still not taking life too seriously. I support this guy on this factor alone! In closing, I would like to mention cleanliness. I respect the man who wears gloves while making my food. Especially after handling money. Regardless, sanitary procedures are critical to me, and that was another reason I wanted to go there and see for myself. My suggestion is to eat in the dining area to experience the thin, crispy crust fresh out of the oven, and enjoy the company. Tip these guys because they are the real deal, working really hard. Just my opinion.

The name caught my eye because it was the bad guys in Goonies. Lol … yeah, i know it means brothers in italian. Irritated when i tried to call ahead. Kept goin to a fax/credit card machine. Drove up there anyway. The kid workin the counter was reallly nice & polite. I appreciated his skull hat to keep his hair under control. But on one of the first 70° day in Worcester I know he had to be sweatin his meatballs off. He had 6 tickets hangin when i placed my order. I only waited 18 minutes for my 2 pies. The chicken, broccoli alfredo & potato skin. OMG freakin amazing! Delicious!!! Best pizza i’ve had in a while. Great flavor, crispy crust. Next time i’m in town i’ll totally come here!

Grease. It is a feared ingredient among today’s artisan pizza makers. When someone is offering you this week’s specialty pizza with kale, Swiss Chard, and/or any other designer greens, they seem to forget that the pie should be dripping with moist offerings to the saturated fats gods. Fratelli’s Corner Crust offers artisan pizza with its artisan grease… and the gods are appeased with each succulent bite. I would write more about the REAL onion rings, or the even greasier Buffalo chicken tenders, but I am off to proudly meet my cardiologist… who will undoubtedly threaten me if I ever intimate that I would ever venture back into this joint… which I will… whenever I can… until I die… which should be shortly… but I’ll have a smile on my face.

I love pizza but lately I have been very disappointed with the ones I have had. The problem I was having was none of them had any taste to them. The sauce was bland and not worth going back again. The other day I did a Unilocal search and found Fratelli’s Corner Crust. The reviews looked very promising. Tonight I figured I would give them a try. Best decision I have made in awhile. I got their Combination pizza. Absolutely delicious. I had them make it without the green peppers that the menu showed. They asked if I would like onions instead which I said was ok. Everything on the pizza was flavorful, especially the sauce. I had gotten to the point where I thought I was having problems with my taste buds. Not this time. I finally have a new place to go to. The prices are very reasonable and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely Be returning soon.

I just got home from a long road trip from New Orleans and refused to get in a car to go get a pizza. So my room mate went out and returned with a southwest burger pie. This crust was perfectly toasted and crispy. The cheese was real, and lightly browned it is the most delicious pie I’ve had in Worcester. The price was absolutely worth every penny.
