Pizza Hut

I had placed an online order around 6:20pm today January 20, 2015 and prompted it will be ready in 13 – 14 minutes. I showed up at the 1269 Main St Worcester location around 7:15pm (take note almost an hr late) just to give the said store an ample and favorable time to prepare my pizza order. but to my dismay the food was not ready. I was ordered to show my receipt to the guy who rang up my order and he looked unsure what the order was. After he looked at the receipt he seemed confused of what the order was, so I had to repeat it back to him what I have ordered online. He then told the cook of what my order was and he was then informed it was already made. Long story short, they do not know where my order went. Then I asked for a manager. Michael who is the Store Manager was never an apologetic person and very rude during the whole conversation. I asked him what had happened? He said he did not know and that he is going to refund my money which I did not ask. So he then offered to make my pizza. Of course they have to make the pizza I already paid for. I asked him how can he not noticed that my pizza was given to a different customer where they had plenty of time to make a new batch for my order since I showed up at least 30 – 45 minutes late than expected. He was very rude and unpleasant and unprofessional to talk to. He calls me «ridicilous» because I caught him off guard and could not defend his own lies. Take note, Michael the manager called a customer RIDICULOUS, who was complaining about their own mistake. Hmmm. Is this how he treats his customers? In fact, he threatened me that he is going to call the Police. For what? I did not know that voicing out your opinion is completely wrong. I never once embarrassed like this in my whole life. Why can’t they own up to their own mistake? I would never ever set my foot in this place. Yes I did file a complaint online regarding their manager’s misbehavior.

The staff from Pizza hut wasn’t really pleasure on the phone also he said he wouldn’t deliver my order without knowing where was my address, it took them 1hour or more then that to deliver and i only live 5 minutes away from them. The wings was only horrible, even gave me and my family a stomachache, no meat on the wings, no flavor, the sauce was just in the box, bones were broken so hard to eat, the wings was only the shell of breaded. Had to through the wings in the garbage. Waste of money.

What a waste of a perfectly good building, i gave it 2 stars because the pizza actually isn’t bad if they can get the order right

Terrible! Pizza is bland. Delivery takes over an hour. Either they are really cheap with the waffle fries or the delivery guy are ¾ of the box! Never again!

The pizza here is pretty good. I friggin love the stuffed crust. The online ordering is really convenient for making orders and I custom pizzas. The hot wings are wicked spicy, burned my ring the next day lemme tell ya. Prices are a little on the high side, but sometimes they have pretty good coupons.

I was recently there last week for buffet. As soon as I got in there was about 15 people enjoyong their meal. I had to wait about 3 mins to be seated.
The food was alright but the service sucked. My family and I were sitting at our table for over an hour without the waitress coming over to see how we were doing or to see if we needed a refill. The service use to be alot better about 7 years ago.
Sorry but I dont think I will be going back unless they change thier management team and provide better service

I use to love Pizza Hut when I was younger. So when I saw this one I was psyched. It is a little out of the way but my fond memories of yesteryear chided me to order from this one. I ordered from this pizza hut three times. First time I was a bit disappointed, but I thought maybe because I associated Pizza Hut with some really fond memories, that I somehow built up in my mind how great the pizza was. The second time it started to look like this place was chintzin’ out on the toppings. The third and last time, me and my girl got sick, like three days worth of sick! Plus what they passed off as a xcheese pizza was laughable, virtually NO cheese on the pizza.
I will not be ordering from them again and thanks to this location I probably will never order another Pizza Hut pizza. How good it use to be will remain in my memory. The quality their ingredients has gone from really good to abysmal.
Also, the last time I was there the computers kept freezing up and the cashier had to check to see if they had all the ingredients to make my pizzas. To top it off he gave a bit of an attitude when I paid with a card instead of cash.

This review is based only on the weekday lunch buffet.
We got here soon after it opened. The whole time there was probably only 40 people or so in here… during a Friday lunch seemed odd.
The all you can eat pizza, pasta, breadsticks and salad buffet is only $ 2.50 for kids and $ 5.99 for adults. Are you kidding me?! I didn’t think these prices existed! The sodas cost the same as the kids meals!
The pizza was fresh and they tried hard to keep up with the flow of people. There was a point where about 10 people came in all at once and after that they couldn’t keep up with the flow of people. They should have more than 6 pizzas and two tiny pans of pasta out at a time out.
It was my first time trying their pastas. The pasta with the meat sauce was surprisingly good. The Alfredo was lacking something.
The kids enjoy this place more than anyone and it is perfect for them!

This is one of the worst pizza hut’s that I’ve ever been too, out of the 3 or so that I have. I’ve been there twice, with the second time probably being my last. The first time my boyfriend and I went in and wanted to sit down to eat, it was open til 10 and we were there around 8 o’clock ish, we were actually really excited because we didn’t even know there was one around! As soon as we walk in the waitress comes up to us saying that their was something wrong with the computers and that we had to talk to the manager. So we walked to the back and he told us that the waitress had a busy day and that they were closing early, which I didn’t even know could happen! So we had to order take out where we ordered a 10 $ box that wasn’t up to par as it was made up to be (we didn’t even receive the certain sauces that go along with it). The second time we ordered online which I have to say, it’s probably the easiest online ordering system that I’ve seen and I didn’t have a problem with it at all. Once we got the food, I ordered a p’zone which was very over cooked and the only good thing about the meal was probably the breadsticks we ordered. Overall, sorry Pizza Hut I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location again anytime soon.

I’m old enough to remember when Pizza Hut actually made good pizza. Back then everything wasn’t frozen and it actually could compete in an area saturated with local pizza joints. My family would often stop at this longtime worcester location after trips or just to avoid cooking.
Now they are pretty much Digorno. Wanna know why all pizzas are being offered for $ 10, because they only cost $ 5 at Shaws next door.
How the fuck does this place stay open? I never see customers inside and the parking lot is always empty. If you want real pizza all you have to do is spit in any fuckin direction and you’re bound to hit a local pizza joint.

Ya, that’s right. in the world of local pizza joints, I ordered from a pizza chain. After watching that $ 10 pizza commercial, I bought in.
Online ordering was simple. It allowed me to customize my pizza easily. Now moving on to the pizza… When it arrived 30mins later as promised, it was cold. No one likes cold pizza. And when we ate it, I was disappointed. Mouth full of cheese. Cold blobs cheese. I ordered a supreme. The one with ALL of the toppings. I’ve had pizza hut before, and I really liked it. This was not the pizza hut I remember.
Sorry pizza hut, I don’t think I will be ordering from you again. (Atleast not at this location).
