Our favorite Chinese restaurant in the world! We love getting the pork fried rice, veggie lo mein, chicken fingers, crab rangoon, beef teriyaki, chow mein, and orange chicken! Fast, fresh and tasty!

I’ve been here 4 different occasions. Their wonton soup, general to chicken, chicken wings, crab rangoon and chicken teriyaki are the best! I stumbled upon this small family establishment to deviate from «singapore» and «chopsticks» both of which lack freshness and customer service. I cannot say enough good things about Min’s.

Good stuff and the staff is friendly. Nice to have this place in the neighborhood. My most recent order included boneless spareribs and chicken lo-​mein and both were very good. Spareribs were very lean compared to most places.

Must sadly report that after many years of patronizing Min’s Wok I must say… gone downhill real fast. This used to be my favorite Chinese take out period. Pork in the Young Chow Fried Rice was the last straw. And the chicken fingers tasted like they were cooked in fish fat.

Very fresh and flavorful! This is not your average run-​of-​the-​mill «mall Chinese food».
It would be better if the main dishes came with the standard side of white or brown rice, but apart from that everything was perfect. The Yu Hsiang Chicken in particular was TO DIE FOR. We’ll definitely be back.

Ordered from here on Friday night and they said 15 minute pickup. My wife had to wait for over an hour while the food was done and sitting on the table and they didn’t let her know. Suffice to say she was pissed. Our food was cold and lost some of its freshness. Probably won’t be going here again. Bummer because the food tastes great, just both times I’ve been there the customer service has been horrible!

The food is just okay. Not the best Chinese takeout food I have gotten, but also not the worse. There is a sitting area, and it’s a welcoming place. The cashier, woman (probably owner), is really efficient. Very polite to you but since the kitchen is very long, she shouts to the back kitchen area to prepare the different orders. I got sesame chicken. The food was very hot (temperature wise) when i received it, which I really enjoyed. The pork friend rice was just okay. I have had better else where. I would go here again though to try other things on the menu.

1st visit: crab Rangoons quite nice. Unusually delicate wrapping, lightly fried. Generous tasty filling — unusually sweet. Reminded me more of a great blintz than a crab Rangoon.
Egg rolls large, perfectly fried but strange filling: kind of bland with weird overtones of? Seaweed or something I cannot place. Even after soaked in soy sauce I could not eat them.
House Special K like mein, smelled good, a little nice smoky hint, but was kind of bland/​ordinary in the end. No bad, but definitely did not sing.

If you can get past the fact a nine year old kid is ringing you up as you place your order (Min’s kids help out, which is cool) and you’ve found a place to park, you’re all set. Takeout is awesome. Wish they delivered :)

I am new to town and was delighted to find Min’s! I have ordered from there twice, giving other places a try in the mean time, and was happy with both experiences. The vegetables are very fresh; the portions are generous; and the chicken fingers are fantastic– there is an equal ratio of meat to batter and they aren’t greasy.
Communication on the phone wasn’t the easiest, but the order (s) were perfect, hot & great. I love that the family is involved with the business and the face-​to-​face meeting proved to be fun and professional. This will be my first place for take-​out Chinese food from now on!

I’m a fan of the food, I really am, but why does a child work at the counter? I felt bad that the girl left a table with her friends to ring me up. It didn’t feel right having a child wait on me.
Other than that this place is great. The crab rangoons are amazing like others have mentioned. They have a lot of lunch/​dinner combinations with just the right amount of food. The prices are great, the food is ready in a timely manner… it’s an overall pleasant chinese take-​out experience. If they hired an adult to work the counter they’d be topping the charts.

I would say this place is much better than your typical Chinese restaurant. Very friendly family run business. The Gai Poo Low Mein for two is the way to go. Always fast and fresh.

This one is not close to my house but is worth the drive. We have gotten food from here twice and have been blown away by it’s fresh taste!
Our favorite for sure is the Kung Pao Chicken and the chicken fingers!!!
If you are looking to try someplace new check this place out you will not be disappointed!

I have been going to Min’s for years, the food is consistently great and the prices are very reasonable!
Andy and Min always greet my wife or I by name and recommend things based on my tastes from going there for so long.
The place is open and clean, which is important to me… It’s tucked in the strip mall on a busy road and parking is tight at lunch time, but well worth finding a spot on the side road.
