Same tired bar that it has always been. Under different management then it was when named Blu. Hopefully the new owners will make improvements. The interior is in rough shape and was never done well to begin with. The tiled bars are gross and uneven. The front lounge is tired and people avoid sitting on any of the couches. The pool table is the only saving grace for the front of the house. The dance floor is currently a concrete floor; I assume they are in the process of replacing it. They still have a cover charge but really should pay us to come in. I’ll give it 2 stars with the expectation it will improve when they are done remodeling.
FYI: The pictures are from an old Mixers before they closed and then bought and relocated to Blu. New address is 105 Water Street, Worcester, MA 1 604. The Old Mixers was a cool space and had so much more going for it. Hopefully they will make it a hot-spot in the community.
