Extremely accomodating… Solid pricing and friendly staff.

I’ve used Monster twice and recommended to friends who also used them. In fact, we were coordinating moving furniture between three different houses on different days, and MM handled all of it very well. We had only one incident of damage (a piece of glass for a tabletop which cracked) and they quickly replaced it, no hassle, no questions, it was just replaced. I was traveling for work and my wife managed one of the moves. She had no issues with the movers and they even set up some of the furniture for her, due to the size and weight.
They were a cost effective solution and were available on short notice. We did tip them (generously) but even with the tip, they were far less expensive than other services we spoke with.
Reading the other review, I am very surprised — the guys on our jobs busted their a** and moved our belongings very quickly and put them where we asked.
I’d recommend them and use them again for my next move.

Hired them to move me into to a house. They quoted me a price at $ 750 in the end was nearly $ 900 they were slow and sluggish. They were polite to me but not my stuff… they were immediately available with my position and were able to move me in last minute. It was nice however the more I unpack the more of my stuff i find DESTROYED! I tried to show them where to place my items in the end it was all dumped into one room carelessly. I must admit I gave them a positive review on paper with the driver. I was wrong! Like i said they were available last minute but now im sure there was a reason. Save your money by not having your valuables broken by careless people. This one guy kept insisting he knew me and even commented on some equipment i had personally moved myself in my car… I am so happy i did not trust them with that. Basically they send a lead guy who is polite and the other guys just dont give af.

I have to first say that I was very impressed with the «movers» themselves. I used Monster Movers located in the Boylston area. Movers were very polite, careful with items, and on time.
That is more than I can say for the owner of the company Mr. William Antonelli. After I had previously discussed my drop off time for my furniture with the movers, as well as the office the day prior, I received a phone call while in my closing from Mr. Antonelli, who was screaming at me, and was very rude to me. saying things like «I should use my common sense to stay in contact with him in regards to drop off» I don’t want to discuss this issue. am I dropping off your furniture now or not? This was in my closing in front of my Attorney and Agents as well as an Investor. They had never heard a business man be so rude to a customer before. This move cost me $ 1200.00.
I would think someone who is going thorough something as stressful as buying and selling a home, and giving someone there business… you should be more kinds and understanding. Mr. Antonelli did text me a message being «short» with me. THe damage had already been done at that point. I was extremely upset and did not need the added frustration of Mr. Antonelli screaming at me that day.
