Great prices, great selection. I went in to get a new pipe and some tobacco, left a better informed tobacco enthusiast. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, helped me with every decision in the buying process. They also have a fantastic variety of nonaromatic pipe tobaccos that I plan on trying. I’m not much for aromatics, but they had just as many if that appeals to you. I would recommend parking around the corner up the hill.

One stop shopping for all your smoking needs. Quality and the experience are the hallmarks of the Photakis family. The shop is cozy, well stocked, and steeped in local history and warm memories. They take care and pride in their wares and their customers as well. Pricey? You get what you pay for. Their products are meticulously maintained and the staff is knowledgeable. Perhaps some of the staff lack social skills but that could also be said of certain whiny customers as well.

I love the Owl Shop! My Dad has been going here for over 40 years & still makes me do tobacco runs for him! I recently took up smoking a pipe & I find the staff extremely knowledgable, friendly, and informative! The prices are great, and the selection & quality is outstanding! I look forward to trying new tobaccos all the time & to each and every visit! I’m hooked!

This place us the real deal. The old world atmosphere brings back memories of the old downtown worcester. The best cigars around. Great people. Check them out for Christmas gifts. Dad will be very happy

No longer carving there own pipes, the owl shop still carries a wide assortment of overpriced items, I have come here several times and each time I have had the displeasure of meeting the older women there to «help» me. judgmental, pushy and bitter are just a few words to describe the staff here. Each time I leave the store I’m reminded of why I hate it here. Over all a nice looking place with great (expensive) tobbaco, I just wish I felt welcome there.

The Owl Shop is the ONLY full cigar shop for the true aficianado in the city of Worcester. The staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable and their selection is excellent! Bravo Owl Shop, Bravo!
