Green Zone Smoke & Gifts Shop

When it comes to smoke and smoke accessories of the herbal nature I am what one may call a veteran. i was thrilled to see a place like Green Zone in Worcester. Its the largest store of its kind in New England and they do have an expanding selection of offerings each time I go in.
Decent selection of local glass artists availability and lots and lots of novelty items and rigs. If you are looking for your classic glass b-​0-​n-​g I wouldn’t start here. they only have ultra expensive high quality ones and cheap PVC plastic ones with metal bowls. Better off with a sherlock, steamroller or spoon. they have a zillion of those. Cool museum quality display pieces, rigs and other art too. They also seem to have a lock on the accessories game. plenty of cleaning tools, solutions and ashtrays papers and cones and all the extraction tools you could imagine too. Great selection of Dime Bags bags too. I really need to avoid that corner of the store to avoid spending too much. Not much for incense… not a big deal but if it were my store I’d have all that hippy dippy stuff too.
Speaking of spending too much. here’s the trouble with Green Zone where i see some issues with sustainability and longevity. The management really has no real clue of the industry. parts, accessories or really what each item does. yeah really. The manager has hired 1 REALLY GOOD employee that works ²⁴⁄₇ (hes seemingly always there) and a high turnover of other idiots that have absolutely no clue about the products, or how to use them either.
It is painfully clear to see who knows what as soon as you walk in the place. Not a huge deal for the average patient, but Im not a casual smoker, I am into the glass and art… I KNOW the artists glass I want before I enter… and I understand the craft and preparation of extractions, so to charge well over 30% up-​charges on all of that equipment isn’t real incentive to want to do any of it at home. Not just tools, but EVERYTHING is overpriced here. its noticeable and in a few cases Ive had raised eyebrows and whistled at the price tag on items there. I NEVER do that. not afraid to spend money for quality. The knowledgeable fellow that works there is always very helpful. With luck you will get him when you visit GZ. But I will say i was gearing up for a camping trip and trying to buy cones in bulk — I was curtly turned down. I had to buy 30 RAW cones at full retail, because i really didn’t have time to stop elsewhere. That knda rubbed me the wrong way but i guess its their discretion. Wish i could speak on the vape supplies, but I do not partake. From first glance, it seems like they have a very wide selection of equipment and flavors but check manufacturer warranty before buying anything.
Hopefully the manager of this shop will sell it to someone who knows what the hell he’s doing and doesn’t obviously rip people off. All in all its convenient, large selection of accessories,

I come to green zone for all my glass pieces, I was a little thrown off when they suggested a new type of piece called the dabado bolt vaporizer for wax, it cost 179.99 before tax, it’s a cool piece but, it does not hit at all like they said it was, nor did they gave me specific instructions on how to use it (everyone who worked their gave me a different answer) after just one day it is broken, and does not hit. I called to complain they told me to come and they’ll see if they can fix, and then hung up. Great now I have to drive another 40 mins to get this shitty rig that doesn’t work fixed! Not happy green zone!

I’ve been here a few times. It satisfied every time but I must admit the younger employees are heat & they try their hardest to accommodate the customers needs. On the other hand my friend had purchased a tank for her vape a few days after purchasing her vape from there. Her tank was non stop leaking for days after she purchased it. So when we had a chance to go back we dealt with the «manager» so he said. He told her she broke her tank and she was missing an O ring. So he attempted to add the O ring where it «belonged». Her tank was still leaking after the fact. I had suggested maybe he give her a new tank seeing as she spent over $ 300 there with in the last week. The manager again told us that she broke it & there is nothing he could do. He also told us we can go else where if we don’t like what he has to say. So we did go else where (vaporize on park ace) & come to find out there wasn’t even an O ring missing. The guy put the pieces together wrong and simply had no idea what he was talking about. Knowledge on product is key, if you don’t know how to fix what you’re selling you shouldn’t have a vape shop & you sure as hell shouldn’t be a manager. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. But a wussy vaporize is the place to go if I could post this with 0 stars I would.

Amazing staff. Quality service, and amazing glass. New stuff pretty often ! All around they gotchu!

Went in to buy coal for my hookah. Very well managed and well stocked store. The guy who assisted seemed knowledgeable and polite. This is definitely going to be my go to store for all my hookah needs.
The cigar and pipes section looked impressive too.

My new go too spot for cigars… they have a huge selection and you can’t beat their prices… I recently also bought a e-​cig and I love that they make their flavors there. I asked for blueberry and they had ran out. The employee asked if I had a minute to wait and they made me one. Took no longer than 2 minutes which is easy to kill just walking around in such a store

Has the Largest inventory of vape gear and vaping supplies of anywhere that I have been… custom juices… every RDA, RTA’S, batteries, tanks and most of all really good customer service… also have a vape lounge in progress and coiling classes too… perfect for the beginner and the pro’s as well.

With many shops opening in Worcester this one is up there on the list. They have Chinese glass, mixed with american unique pieces. Extracting products, clothing, incense, vapes, obviously pipes and water pipes. A little bit of everything. Some items are cheaper than most places. And some things may be higher. Just look around… The staff are super nice& know what your talking about. They have signs that want you to call it a water pipe if your not medical… «Dont call it a b#%ng!!» — they have signs up saying that, everywhere lol. but im just warning you, they wont sell you anything if you say it.

New store which is really cool. The shop has a pretty cool selection but appears to selection. n identity issue as there is smoking goods on one side and porn on the other and a mixture of random items in the middle so just makes browsing interesting. Another item to know before you go in is that it is not a normal smoke shop that your use too. It has a welcoming staff and family ran which is nice and not out of the norm but does not appear to be ran by those that use the products.
Also check your pipes and hookahs before you leave as it appears the items are not checked before hitting the floor for any leaks.
Bought a hookah and dropped a buck fifty for a beauty but once I got it home I found out the stem was not long enough and there was a pen hole in the glass base which caused for a major leak.
I am returning the item later today so I will update on the return policy as I could not fond one posted or on the recept.
Final line is: great selection, well ran and managed, and fairly priced with a wide selection. Just don’t expect your normal smoke shop employees.

This shop has everything a smoker would want from cigarettes to hookahs to glassware and much more. There are also a lot of cool oriental gifts. It is in a great location and has excellent prices.
