There is always an issue at the pharmacy here. These pharmacists are not educated on any matter especially customer service. Other than the shitty lack of professionalism I am ALWAYS left waiting here for absurd amounts of time. I’m lucky this isn’t my main pharmacy, because the 4 or 5 times I have been here there has been an issue!!! Don’t go here!!! If you go to the urgent care in the same parking lot you’re better off sending the prescription to your regular pharmacy and driving all the way back over there.

The service is great! The employees are very friendly and seem genuinely concerned/interested in what you say.
I like that the store is well lit and the aisles are organized. The store is also pretty spacious.
They have super good deals, especially if you pair manufacture coupons with their in ad coupons. Their up rewards program is pretty nice too; they give back money for your purchases on certain items.
The only reason I am rating the store 4 stars is because they seem to have a limited number of items in stock. It seems like the sale items aren’t ordered for the anticipated sales. Not very convenient to have to make 2 trips to get the items you want to buy.

I like this Rite Aid. It has many products and is clean and spacious. The pharmacy is located at the back of the store, and the pharmacist seems to be concerened about patient care. He is a really nice guy and is personable. I get all my prescriptions filled here. I appreciate the friendliness. The only negative is the pharmacy is slow about filling prescriptions. If you have patience with them though, they will take care of you.

Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Lucinda, a cashier, and offered assistance in finding whatever it was I was looking for. That’s one thing I’ve noticed about most Rite Aid’s recently. You are greeted when you enter the store, unless the cashier is otherwise occupied, and usually approached as I roam about the store. The store was fairly quiet this Monday afternoon and clean and well organized. My only complaint was being able to find all of the sale items in stock Only two days into the weekly sale cycle.
