The staff is usually polite and happy. They often have great deals. I placed and order and they messed it up. it was a busy day so I said no worries I will take it as is… the manager apologized and gave me a coupon for a free sub… it was unexpected and not necessary… they went above and beyond. I will always remeber that… as for walmart that its located inside… Horrible…its like a bad late night tv show!

Located in the Worcester Wal Mart, this Subway is a step above most. The staff here is always friendly and helpful, the dining room is clean. What I really love is the plush chairs in the corner where you can eat in some added comfort.

This Subway is excellent. Friendly, courteous employees. Fresh fixin’s, and always fresh bread. We go out of our way to go to this Subway when we’re hungry for a sub.
