Brought my daughter to this location for a trim a few days before school pictures. Never again. A trim turned into her hair being hacked off above her shoulders. I can’t pull it back any longer which is how I prefer her to style her hair at school. Definitely can’t tell the stylists what you would like and then go wait in the waiting area. I will say that they did a great job with her bangs and making them not haircut awkward length. Other locations may be better but this one really likes to lip off hair!

Horrible! I’m so mad at this place for destroying my hair. I had black hair and I wanted it to be brown. They lightened it for me and the color turned out multi colored and looked very brassy and ugly. They also further broke my already damaged hair. The girl who did my hair was rushing when she combed my hair because it was getting close to closing time. That is no excuse! When she combed through my hair she snagged strands out and I walked out leaving the salon with a 3 inch wide by 5 inches in length GAP. It looked like a giraffe took a bite out of my hair!
DO NOT GO HERE! They don’t know what they are doing! You are better off doing your own hair for god sake. I looked worse leaving the salon than when I walked in.
So here I am two months later, so far I’ve cut three inches off the bottom of my long beautiful hair. Now I have medium hair… I have to get 2 more inches cut off the bottom to fix the mess they made. I am beyond pissed off at this place. It’s so depressing. It’s going to take me a year to grow my hair back to the length it was. Ugh!

My partner needed a hair cut so while we were out we figured why not stop in before they close. We were happy to catch them when they weren’t busy, and overall it was a quick visit and we were both happy with the experience. However, I am giving 3 stars because the carpet in the waiting area was messy. And I don’t mean a little, it looked like Texas Roadhouse with the peanut shells all over. Although in this case it was covered in those tree helicopter things, you know, the ones that twirl around when thrown. I understand it was late and they probably had a busy day now that it’s hot out, but still this was a little much…
Not our first visit to the brand, it was for that location, but we will be back, maybe to another store though. The people are nice and service oriented.
