End Zone Sports Bar & Grill

It was filled with a bunch of inconsiderate staff members. If your not a local you don’t belong it took 30 minutes to get a menu. If you want to go to a place you feel like you don’t belong you should visit this establishment. We got tired of waiting for a waitress we left after 45 minute it was totally a waste of time. Very rude staff dirty restrooms that smelled of bug spray

I was hopeful that there just might be another fine business in Yakima. We decided to use the End Zone for our group Christmas dinner party. That was a huge mistake… This ended up being the absolute worst dining experiance I have ever had, ever. We had a «reserved» area set for us of course after we arrived. The reserved seating consisted of plastic wet chairs and tables from outside. Then they seated others in the middle of our group at our tables. It then took over an hour before the wait staff even began taking orders, and another hour before the salads began coming out. We even pre ordered our meals! Drinks had to be ordered from the bar that Is if we could get the bar to even help us but worth a try because the servers just don’t come check. The food was over two hours from the time we placed the orders over cooked steak, nothing on baked potatoes, and some with veggies other without and no sauce on the Parmesan chicken pasta (noodles with a sprinkle of Parmesan and a little butter with dry chicken that came out of the freezer I am sure) Most of us cancelled our food orders. the others ened up being «Comp’d» by the management after a «discussion». A word to the wise; Take a look at their Facebook rating before deciding to go. They are at least consistantly horrible. I will be surprised to see this business still operating in six months.

Went here for the first time on Friday night. Manager was nice, he helped out with the basketball game when it ate my quarters before I had to ask. If your hungry grab the sampler platter, or the cheese steak sandwich. Food was great and I got to try some of the new items coming soon. The Owners are great. They have lots of tvs with all kinds of sports, pool tables and games. I’ll be back soon especially for a game, but also for dinner.

This is a fantastic sports bar and grill! The food was delicious and the service was even better. I think every server checked on us at least once, including the owner. There were an unbelievable number of TVs, so every seat is excellent. I would highly recommend this great restaurant/​bar. Will definitely visit again!

owner is awesome. family oreinted. the bar is built beautifully and is only on the way up. wish i didnt live so far. would be nice to have such a cool sports bar right around the corner!

Well as I sit here drinking a beer, I am totally shocked at how unqualified this staff is at breathing let alone customer service… the bartender cannot get his face out of not 1 but 2 separate ipads… I hear the bartender say that he is willing to take suggestions… so being the helpful guy I am… I suggested he drop the electronics and engage customers in conversation… his response…“I cant…” The customers behind me are eating nachos ordered from the kitchen… and to say the least they aren’t happy… too bad really it is a nice facility and lots of room… with the «service» they provide chances are it will never be full of customers…

Where do I start. I can almost guarantee you with 99.9999% certainty that when I went in there I had on a shirt and shoes but got no service. Having gone to this place 3 times in 4 weeks for game day, with positive expectations each visit but End Zone never delivered. With a poorly trained staff that apparently didn’t even have a foundation in customer service I found myself waiting 45 minutes to an hour for my food. That’s not even the sad part, one visit I ordered chicken strips and they were clearly the unfrozen type you buy at a convenient mart. The fries still partially frozen inedible. This place was only at about half capacity and people were leaving throughout my visit upset. Best food there imo is the boom burger, I want to say it’s the only thing you can get that requires a little bit of skill to put together. Nonetheless it’s week 5 and I didn’t go, I gave up on the place and will not be recommending it.

I walked in & sat down at the bar. There were only about a 12 – 15 people in the entire place. I had 2 servers & 2 bartenders walk by and never even acknowledged me. After an honest 10 minutes of sitting there with no one waiting on me, I got up & left.
