Always running out of something 30 – 60 minutes before closing, and very dirty. Not surprised to hear of that Ebola situation at all.

I ordered food through their app for pick up in store. When I got there I was expecting there to be a line or waiting area for«pick-up»… Nope! They expect me to wait on the same line that people get on to order their food. You know, the one where you go down the assembly line and tell the employees behind the counter what you want on your burrito/bowl… I tried waiting behind the customer at the register paying for his food, but the customers at the assembly counter just kept moving to the left, cutting right in front of me, as if I wasn’t standing there! Absolutely ridiculous. What kind of system is this?

Don’t come here expecting friendly faces, especially when you ask for extra cheese on your burrito. Like for real, they act like you’re taking the cheese from their own homes or something. Burrito’s are consistent in taste Good spot if you’re hungry Bad spot if you’re hangry cause the lines take forever Haven’t gotten ecoli so that’s a plus

Worse staff ever ! I’m a regular, I work at the mall. Some black kid was super slow, put a fourth a scoop of chicken on my «burrito» and proceeded to ignore me the whole way through. Obviously he didn’t know what he was doing. I pay for my shit here gtfo.

Very, very, very slow service. Expect a long line and to wait a minimum of 15 – 20 minutes. This chipotle is located in an outdoor shopping center and they need to be mindful that a majority of their customer base is the retail workers from that center. The employees are somewhat friendly, they just spend most of their time socializing with each other. The assembly process is painfully long and they don’t even give the same size portions most other chipotles do. The seating area is cramped and not well maintained, however the food is pretty good.

Welcome to the slowest Chipotle in America. A minimum 25 minute wait just to order. I’ve been in here so many times and it has never once been quick. As I write this, there is one person working the entire assembly process. Something normally done by three or more employees at other locations. I’ve definitely passed on this place a few times because of the hefty investment of time.

This chipotle is like a lot of them, they get a lot of volume. They have a lot of young kids, that don’t seem to practice sanitary precautions. They have tons of workers for such a confined space and they still have a line that doesn’t move. It’s so convenient because I’m staying in the hotel next door for a month. So I just walk over. It’s always dirty, I only get sofritas since I’m unsure if they are cooking everything thoroughly I’d hate to get sick. I think the manager needs to be more visible.

HORRIBLELOCATION!!! The service is deplorable, the inside is disgusting, and the ‘up charge’ for every little thing. Items such as cheese, corn, etc should not be an additional charge to ask for a little more. The chicken specifically, my sister asked for a little more, the server literally put 2 little pieces of chicken on top and said it’s an additional $ 2.75. Are you kidding me? Obviously, not. We walked out. Never will I give this place a penny of my money.

Remember when you went to chipotle, and you were full after you had a burrito? I miss those days.

Crazy long lines here and painstakingly slow service. Took 30 minutes to get through the line on a Saturday at 6pm. Not as generous portions as other Chipotles I’ve been to. Still love Chipotle but 2 stars for the service here.

That’s right one star… And I still love Chiptole just not this location. Omg! This is the worst. The line is super long, there are a hundred and one ppl in the back, but no one is doing nothing about the line. It’s loud & dark, seems like it’s still under construction. Not inviting at all. Staff aren’t friendly!!! I would never ever come back to this location. Horrible!!!

They use the term«fast food» here loosely, slowest Chipotle I been to in my life. There is only 1 register here, meaning online orders and dine in orders all take turns paying on the register. Chipotles in the city has much more traffic and moves much faster. The chit chatting on the assembly line does not help neither. Don’t come here unless you’re ready to wait at least 30 minutes.

The food at this place taste good, just like most chipotles, but the line to order? Insane! I waited 30 minutes on line once, I don’t know if the employees are just not fast enough or there aren’t enough cashiers. It’s really a mess in there. Some people put it online ordering, and waited right along with the rest of the people that were placing their order in person. This chipotle really needs a better system. They are in need of 2 cashiers and a way better set up.

This location is forever packed. They move pretty quickly, even if you find yourself miles away from the counter, at the end of the line, usually outside the door. The staff is very efficient and clean and because they are so busy ALLOFTHETIME, you can rest assured that the turnaround time for the food is short and that means it is at its freshest. The best thing I can suggest is to sign up with Chipotle online and set up an account. You can order your food, opt to pay online or in store and pick up your order at your convenience. So, if you’re window shopping, you can order you grub and when you’re ready to leave the mall, just pick up your order at the time you specified. They still make it fresh and our orders have always been correct, for the most part, and you don’t have to wait on that long ass line. You go straight to the cashier at the counter, tell them your name, pay and leave. My husband, son and I pretty much get the same items, each and the online account saves your information, previous orders and name of the people they orders belong to so when we get our food, each of our orders have our names on the container so we don’t have to worry about who gets what. We always order the Burrito Bowls and I love to get Sofritas/Steak mix(double meat), Brown Cilantro Rice, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Corn Salsa, Lettuce, Black Beans, Cheese and Red Sauce. Because the portions are so big, I usually get my sour cream and guac on the side so that I can eat half and save the rest. Also, grab a couple to-go containers and fill them up with the Chipotle tobasco sauce; it’s smokey and peppery… nice on the bowl. A must, is to try the Patron Margherita… it’s pretty darn tasty.

Lacks in customer service ! 10 mins to finally talk to someone and then they put u on hold for 15 mins and hang up. I’m not going to the chipotle at cross county until they get new employees cause the new ones suck!

This Chipotle is very poorly managed. They have too many food preparers and not enough cashiers which creates a long slow moving line. The food preparers rush to take orders and then there is only one cash register to process the order. Last time I was there, I counted six orders in front of mine waiting to be cashed. The food could barely fit on the counter because the cashier can’t keep up with the orders which created a huge backlog. The manager of this restaurant should know that an assembly line can only move as fast as it’s slowest part, which in this establishment is the cashier. Therefore, increasing the number of cashiers NOT food preparers will make this Chipotle more efficient. I work in midtown Manhattan where the Chipotles get very busy, much like this location. However, the wait is never 30−40+ minutes because they have more cash registers and therefore lines move MUCH faster. I’m pretty sure the slow service of this Chipotle impacts their bottom line because people are unwilling to wait on line that long. I saw several people walk off the line. The food is standard Chipotle fare.

I ordered online and I waited for over 30 after my pick up line and when I was asking what was the problem they didn’t say anything for 20 min and on top of that there was a couple of employee being rude and getting mad because I wanted to know the status of my food Usually I order online and they are always late for like 10 to 15 min but today was ridiculous

Don’t come here if you’re about to pass out from hunger ASYOUWILLBEWAITING A LONGTIME! Chipotle is popular so I understand lines can get long. HOWEVER, this location has a VERY poor system in place to keep things moving. The workers are not efficient whatsoever. If a particular ingredient has run out, they’ll hold the line staring at each other until it gets replenished instead of taking orders from customers who don’t want that ingredient. No one has a specialized task, so the tortilla«warmer-upper» will also prepare a new batch of rice or replace the steak. There is only 1 register to ring up pick-up and in-store orders which also slows things down. In-store/walk-in orders: wait 45−50mins Pick-up orders: wait 30mins I could’ve literally walked out without paying for my food since most employees are unorganized and don’t know what’s going on. MANAGEMENTNEEDS A BETTERSYSTEMINPLACE!

This was the best Chipotle, now the lines are stupid long, longer than downtown, and management is always MIA and it shows. They still are good with the portions though and some of the employees are really friendly.

I always get mine to go. This place is basically a long hallway and yes, people in line are standing right with people eating. It’s not a good layout and this place is always slammed busy. Honestly, if there are more than 10 people on line(which is frequent) I just leave. The food itself is as always delicious. I usually end up getting a carnitas or chicken burrito bowl. It’s fresh and good. The salsa is great. It’s just too busy.
