Came in with my younger brother… Saw about 8 staff behind the desk talking about getting turned up for the weekend and basically being extremely inappropriate in front of us. No professionalism at all! Never coming here ever again.

Seriously the worst. Staff is so obsessed with closing a transaction, meanwhile is unable to answer basic questions about phones, plans, or pricing. If Verizon didn’t have great network service, nobody would sign up, because the customer service is just horrible

What’s the deal with practically all the Verizon wireless dealers being so rude and ignorant to customers. Almost every dealer I have been to seems to be a playground for their employees. I have been a Verizon customer for nearly 20 yrs and I am seriously considering going to boost Mobil for a much cheaper price.

The staff at this location is so horribly rude, dismissive and disrespectful that I really will never go back and I will tell everybody I know to not go here. Marjorie in sales has the worst attitude I have ever seen and she should NOT be working in any customer service position. Go work in a cubicle if you want to be mean and grumpy. My father(a senior citizen) was confused about our current plan and had questions about switching to a new plan. We have been loyal Verizon customers for the past 10 years and Marjorie just treated us like garbage for no reason whatsoever. She looked bored and miserable to begin with — no greeting, no warmth here. Welcome to Yonkers! My father and I kept calm as Marjorie sternly cut off just about any question or comment we had with her curt retorts. What put her in such a bad mood? I went to the Verizon location up further north on Central Avenue and I was treated like a human being.

Verizon, i wish i could bad mouth you but then again your the lesser of all the evils that is cell phone companies. So i will keep my mouth shut in fear of my service being disrupted, lol. This location however is pure garbage, the staff should be overhauled and the management, they look bored and un-attentive and mad that they are making a buck working for Verizon, if that’s the case, THENQUITINTHISECONOMY I’M SURETHEREISSOME1OFAMPLEMINDANDBODY that will hop and skip into your job position. They kind of just dismiss people when they are their and confused about what is going on with their cell phone and why is there a problem, etc. They only have a smile on their face when a new customer comes in.
