I come here very often and it’s always pleasant. But this was my most memorable our waiter Abdel was the best. He was so respectful and fun to have as a waiter. He was attentive and he actually seemed to care. I have a good allergy to cheese and he not only went the extra mile twice to ask the chef then the prep to see if they can make my Alfredo sauce without the cheese. He always freaked out when he thought my soup had cheese in it which was nice because it showed he was actually concerned and wanted to make sure I’d be ok He had refills for bread and drinks always prepared. He knew the menu and alternatives. He checked on the table. He was just the best part of being there I had the four course feast for $ 17. The food was good I had shrimp with pasta and subbed out the Alfredo sauce for garlic scampi sauce which was great. I got the New England clam chowder for my soup and it’s the best I love that soup and I always get it when I go.

We have been to numerous Red Lobsters and never felt the need to write a review. When it comes to a chain restaurant, what sets one apart from the other is personnel. We are very happy with our experience today. Our server«Khadijah» was amazing. She was full of energy, knowledgeable of the menu and made great recommendations. She followed up with us frequently and made sure our overall experience was exceptional. I normally don’t give more than 3 stars for a chain restaurant but our server is worth 5 stars on her own. As far as the food was concerned, it was pretty good. We are trying to reduce our daily caloric intake and there is a fantastic below 600 calories menu with delicious options.

Red lobster is one of my favorite restaurants to enjoy some seafood. And each time I go I always receive good service. However, the server at this restaurant(Brandon) went above and beyond to make my dining experience truly amazing! I am overly satisfied with the service and dinner! I will definitely be stopping whenever I’m back in Yonkers!

I’m a horrible person for being a Unilocal elite and stepping inside a Red Lobster. I’m a horrible person for spending $$ 30+ on a watered down piña colada for the novelty of the mini-Hennesy’s. I’m a horrible person for thinking that things would turn out differently as I stepped inside a Red Lobster after 5+ years away. Instead, it was the worst. Service was horrible. Biscuits that used to be somewhat good were now extra salty. Everything was so, so salty. Shrimp scampi was merely a few bits of shrimp here and there in garlic, butter, and extra salt. Yuck. Coconut Shrimp was extra sweet. Nothing was flavored right. I kept ordering drinks to make up for my disappointment. Despite the fact, the life-sized margarita and the piña colada did not make me tipsy. And it was highly overpriced. I ask myself… what the hell was I thinking?

When my wife & I walked in, the staff seemed a little distracted with a row of martini drinks they were setting up as a display. As soon as we were noticed, it did not feel as invited as a nice restaurant, they seemed to be there just for a paycheck. The gentleman dragged his feet to show us our table & while looking somewhere else told us «your server will be right out». After that our server Michael came & he welcomed us and was probably the only sincere smile we had seen since we walked in. He did a great job joking with us & making sure we were refilled with our bread. My wife is a seafood fanatic which is why we come, I am allergic so I decided to get the Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo(hold the cajun) & it was not very good. I would come back because my wife loved the food, I think I’ll eat before coming

Proud to give Red Lobsters my 50th review.*^_^* What a wonderful post movie treat! The food was excellent! I’m a huge fan of the chain have been going since a little girl! Steak was medium rare, and garlic scampi was delicious. I’ve been on a margarita binge lately. not the best I’ve had but a-okay. Will be trying the bull dog like drinks soon!

I usually love red lobster but this was the first time I ever came to this one, it was sadly disappointing. I was exited to introduce this place to my boyfriend and I told him how nice some of the dishes are but we were sadly disappointed. The service was very horrible and the food was very salty and or not well cooked, the famous biscuits of theirs were shockingly disappointing. I hope others have a better experience than we did.

This restaurant is within the Cross County Shopping Center that has lots of shops, including Macy’s and Sears. I liked the cheeseburger that they serve.

Red Lobster is intricately tied to my upbringing in Westchester. My family dined there quite frequently, mostly to celebrate graduations and birthdays. It’s a place that I have very fond memories of. So when my boss took my colleague and I out to dinner, I was elated to return to a restaurant I loved so much as a kid. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed. Atmosphere: The restaurant was quite huge and lowly lit. Service: Was mediocre. The waiter didn’t get our orders right and kept on forgetting to bring us things like utensils, etc. Food: Disgusting. I ended up having the shrimp platter, which consisted of three different types of shrimp. Firstly, the coconut shrimp was SOSWEET, along with the sauce it served with. I could not eat it at all. The rice pilaf was hard, undercooked and bland. The fried shrimp was okay, but not remarkable. The shrimp scampi was probably the best of the three, but the butter sauce was extremely salty. The only thing that seemed the least bit redeemable was the cheddar bay biscuits. Red Lobster should be ashamed for passing off this subpar junkfood as edible.

Deeelicious! Crab bake and lobster bake! Went with a dear friend, said grace after the meals were brought to the table and mouth watering delights hit the palettes! Great service, and attention. Always a favorite! Plentiful cheese bisquits, water, and napkins! Wonderful. Afterwards, drinks at the bar, great way to end the meal!

We sat down quickly on a busy Sunday evening. Shannon, our server, was great. Very attentive and not intrusive on my dinner date. Her Bubbly personality was contagious. Great job making us feel welcomed and tending to our dining needs.

I must start by saying that I LOVE Red Lobster, that’s why I decided to celebrate my bday by going there. But I must say I was very disappointed with this experience. The service was GREAT, the food, however, lacked taste and freshness. To start we order the«raw» oysters, which smelled old and tasted even worse. I ordered the stuffed lobster for my dinner which was WAY over cooked and look a hell of a lot small than the size I order. The sides(potatoes and corn on the cob) were also over cooked. Looked extremely dry. Once again I am disappointed because I have never had an experience so awful with my food at Red Lobster. Not sure if it was this location since it’s our first time at this location but I must say the bad taste left in my month by this food is going to make me think twice about coming back for awhile.

I was quite excited to try this place since I always see the commercials on TV and I am always just drooling watching it but I should’ve known that obviously it would be way better than the real deal. But I can say for certainty that I am never going to another Red Lobster again. The mussels were way overcooked and dry and the sauce way too flavorful. The oysters were huge but lacked freshness and it was so difficult to eat. The shrimp and lobster had way too much salt, I was chugging water like there was no tomorrow. The broccoli was yellow and brown and soggy, literally broke apart as I went to pick it up with my fork. There was five of us and we ordered so much food and walked away very disappointed. The only good things were the biscuits, the clam chowder, and the desserts. Our waitress was very friendly so service was good but I can’t believe I waited for 30 minutes and paid so much for a very disappointed meal.

My husband and I normally avoid chain restaurants. However, when my very nice father-in-law wanted to go there and treat my husband and me after the Yanks game, then we couldn’t just say no to a free meal! Considering it was a Red Lobster in Yonkers, NY, I enjoyed my combination meal which was shrimp scampi, salmon, and something else. I even enjoyed my salad and those legendary cheese biscuits. I was at the same table as Jason M.(my husband) and our waiter was very welcoming and efficient. I wish I had got his name but he was a tall African-American man in his 20’s and was working the May 27th dinner shift.

I’m going to give my maximum-allowable amount of stars to a chain restaurant. It’s corporate food, it’s a little too expensive, and it tastes like something that was made by a machine… probably because it was. Doesn’t mean I don’t like it, but this is no Smith & Wollensky’s either. This is a very well decorated and lit location, one that makes you feel like you’re not at a typical Darden slop trough, then again, they did split from Darden recently… maybe that’s made a difference. Our server was exceptional, especially considering we were in Yonkers. Enormously nice and attentive… wish I could remember his name so I could thank him publicly. It is what it is, just like every restaurant of this ilk.

The service was good for me. I see many people are complaining otherwise. However, my waiter was friendly and was fast enough with the food. However, like most red lobsters the food is cheap seafood and not very good. I was very disappointed with my meal considering the nice price of it. Save your money for real quality seafood at city island or even a good Italian restaurant. Definitely not worth the money. Unless you are used to low-quality fish and seafood you will be very disappointed with Red Lobster.

Came here for a date with my best friend and the service was horrible. The restaurant wasn’t crowded but it took about twenty minutes to sit down. Then there were no biscuits, she kept saying the kitchen is backed up. The waitress Jenn was bad. She was unpleasant and never came back within a timely manner. That was annoying and I was upset about that. I gave her a tip –and on her receipt I told her to do better next time. I usually come here once in a while to the chain but this location was a first and I’ll never come back here.

Last night was the best experience I’ve had at this location. Why? Because i sat at the bar, which was really nice. There was an hour wait to be seated, not surprising on a saturday night. But you’ll NEVER catch me waiting that long to just to be seated at red lobster. So we did the next best thing, checked out the bar area. Some people were leaving so we took their seats. It was perfect! I already knew i wanted a good, strong drink(long, rough day). I ordered a strawberry lobsterita, frozen. It was sooooooo yumtastic and massive!!! And not expensive at all. I drank ½ of it too fast lol it was just that good. The bartender was amazing. It was a crowded area and she was handling it all by herself with a smile and a pleasant attitude. The biscuits kept coming, fresh & hot.(Not dark and burnt, i hate that) … For my entrée i ordered the seaside shrimp trio(fried, scampi, & linguini) with a baked potato(ceaser salad)…everything was excellent. Going fwd I’ll be sure to sit in the bar area only. The food was great and so was the service. I was pleasantly surprised!

Ok this place has gone all the way down. It still looks new and crap on the outside, but the food and service is all kinds of rundown. We did not get the butter biscuits, like they always serve, prior to the entrée, ALWAYS! Then ‘splain me why all the shrimps on all of our plates were burnt and tasteless. And the worst thing ever, the pièce de ré·sis·tance: They had the nerve to get rid of my pineapple upside-down cake off the dessert menu. When the waitress told me that, I was ready to start a riot! That is the main thing my ass went there for. It didn’t help matters that she got our bill wrong twice. We wont be returning.
