By far the WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE! Do not even think about walking in their front door! I canceled my order today. After finding out it would be seven weeks for delivery. The district manager who took my order told me in three days I would get a call, and delivery would be about two weeks. After a week I had to call them, the 800 number, to inquire about delivery. They couldn’t give me dates and said someone would contact me. Called back today. Had to call corporate yet again to get answers. Told me the store should have informed me it would be at least four weeks. Which in reality would have been seven weeks! All they said was we’re sorry. Well I’m sorry you lost a customer for life and a nice sale! Horrible, horrible service. You can get a better bed elsewhere!!! I’m sorry I didn’t have the choice to give them no stars!
