Would not accept my VALID Groupon. First and last time customer!!!

This place has great pizza and other items too!
The first time we ordered we wanted to try a new place and remembered this place! 1. They delivered our pizza right on time. 2. They have great coupons and deals for every day off the week. 3. The pizza was AWESOME. Wings were really good too
The second time we went for lunch after my son’s ice skating class. 1. The interior of the store looks a little rough but they are obviously still building on this place. 2. The service was super friendly. 3. Salad was nice and crisp with lots of veggie and big well seasoned croutons. The pizza bread appetizer is HUGE. It’s like 2 personal sized pizzas and great for kids… to share! Their toasted sub was nice and flavorful with good meat and cheese.
In conclusion… we found our new pizza spot!

The hardest part about eating here is having to decide what to get. You really can’t go wrong

Pizza served fresh from the oven and hot. I also had the meatball sandwich and it was amazing. The service was cheerful and friendly.

I really enjoyed the pizza. The crust was perfect and was even better left over the next day. The salad was great and a decent value for the money. I will order from here again and maybe I’ll try some of the other offerings.

Great pizza with a great CHEESE BLEND. Pepperoni Pizza is my favorite here and just cheese is my second New York style that is. Good pizza makerz here. Ohhh antipasta salads with blue cheese and Italian dressing are really good too!!!

Terrible Italian food very salty, no idea where they came up with the sauce recipe. A frozen pizza would be better. My spouse said dominos would have been more pleasant. I’ve heard the wings are good maybe stick with that if you must eat here. Will not be back!

Tried this place out with my fiancé.
We stopped here to grab a bite to eat while we waited for traffic to die down.
We had a pizza, cheesy bread sticks and hot wings. Food was good but I really enjoyed the breadsticks and hot wings though, def recommend those.
I’m giving this place three stars and a «most likely to return once in a blue moon» only because the service was a bit off.
We got our food basically thrown at, like the guy came by and slid it on the table for us. We were the only ones that received our pizza in a box after we specifically said we would eat there. We had to get up and get napkins from another table a long with other basic condiments. Oh and did I mention we had to ask for plates??? Who asks for plates to eat their food on at a restaurant? I guess we do. Any who their hot wings were good so I’ll be back one day and just take it to go.

Terrible service. They forgot our pizza then lied about having to cook their sausage. So if your in a hurry. Less than 2 hours don’t order sausage. We waited an hour for our pizza when we questioned why other people who ordered after us was getting their food we saw they had not even started making our pizza all they did was make excuses Terrible terrible terrible. Don’t go here

Not even busy night. Eat in. Forgot about our pizza. No apologies. Lied that it takes an hour to cook the sausage. Ridiculous. Won’t be back.

We visited with a Groupon and they were very cool about it: No «second class treatment.» The food ranged from 3 Stars to 4−½ Stars. One employee was 5*, one was 4* and one was, generously, a 2* based on her treatment of us. We had two specialty pizzas and a cheese, buffalo wings and some beers and soft drinks. Problem was: the only soft drinks the machine served were water, soda water, and pepsi. No diet, no root beer, nothing else. The young man at the cash register was way cool about it– he sent us to the cooler to grab whatever we wanted from the soda side, but selection was limited. Wings were great. Pizzas were mighty tasty. I would eat here more often if not for the drive to get here from ELV area.
The facility is a little… rough… Ladies restroom lacked soap and paper towels. Men’s was untidy. In the dining room there is what appears to be their old game room where they shoved a bunch of equipment and what looked like dance floor lighting. The problem was they also shoved a bunch of trash and some garbage there, too. The dining room seemed a bit… unkempt? No trashy, but definitely needed the little bits of trash picked up. One of the TVs delivered sound only. They allow people to smoke right at the front door, which is kinda nasty. (They could have smoked at the other door and not made anyone go through their cancer-​haze.) If they’re swamped, their kitchen can have the look of disaster, so I’m giving them a pass on what I saw as a messy cooking area. (A lot of take out food and pick up orders were going outta there…)
Their beer selection, while on the face of it small, is adequate for a small venue: selection good enough to appeal to a variety of tastes. Craft and majors on tap. 4* based on size of restaurant.
I am giving them a three because the food was mostly a four, the people a four, but that one woman’s rudeness toward us and toward the other employee regarding our soda situation really bothered me, the room full o’ junk was an eyesore, and the restrooms’ needing attention make me feel three is very fair for «all things considered.»
I am not posting photos because maybe it was temporary. I am going to return and give the another try and I wouldn’t want to dissuade anyone from at least giving them a try. Their specialty pizzas are very good and their service times are very fair.

I was craving a meatball sandwich but they did not have the bread :(
I then decided to order the spaghetti pizza (not sure of the exact name). I am a creature of habit and went out of my comfort zone. So glad I did!!! It was delicious!!!

I grabbed a quick lunch here while waiting for my kid’s hockey game to start. I ordered a meatball sandwich. It was just fine, but nothing to write home about. I originally inquired about pizza by the slice. They do not do that. A personal pizza would have taken too long.
The girl that took my order was friendly. The place was clean. They serve beer, but I was there before noon, so it was bad timing for beer. If I go there again, I think I will try an Italian sub.

Absolutely amazing pizza and wings! I literally drive from Riverside for their pizza. Nice quiet environment. They could be selling it out of the back of a truck and I’d still come for it.

I usually do a pickup order, haven’t tried eating at the restaurant. I like their pizza because they use fresh ingredients and the crust isn’t greasy at all. The twisted Hawaiian is my favorite.

First time at this place just to try. All I can say as soon as we walked in the person by the register is not welcoming at all. He looks like he doesn’t even feel like taking our order. We ordered soda and they said they’re out of the carbonation, so we end up buying bottled water. The only good thing I can say is that the food is great.

I totally recommend Canyon Pizza. We came here off of a Groupon. I didn’t even realize there were restaurants this Far East on YL Blvd! The pizza is super tasty and hot, yet the crust is still soft and chewy.
They also have a good selection of microbrews. I recommend a large mug of the Mermaid Red.
The dining area is rather small and could easily get crowded if a large group showed up from the next door hockey rink. Besides that, I would expect the dining area to be rather empty.
We also had he garlic cheesy bread, which also was good as an appetizer.
The owner cooks the pizza. And you can tell he puts his heart and soul into his offerings.
They are supposed to expand soon, so look out for an expanded menu and bar, along with an area to shoot pool and hang out.

The wait was so long for a salad, pastas, and a cheese pizza. The food was really bad. My pasta was watery and cold, the spicy sausage tasted like cardboard. Their chicken Parmesan looked and tasted like jerky — double yuck.
Ended up taking the pizza to go, since it took forever (over a 1.5 hours). There was maybe 4 customers total. Not even a busy evening.
My husband mentioned it was the same the last time we were there, which was a year ago. I must have blocked it out.
Sorry, will not come back again nor make any recommendation for the service or food — disappointed. A ONE star too many.

Been coming here for a couple years, and the quality & taste never disappoint. I’ve also redeemed MANY Groupon Deals here, but today i sent my husband & kids with the Groupon (printed from home), and the Manager (Brian??) gave them a difficult time.
First off, not willing to take a phone order — said they had to come in WITH the Groupon before they would take his order. The point of calling ahead is to save time. Not today, not today.
Secondly, because of the Groupon, the Manager and staff made my family feel like their business was not appreciated. even after my husband mentioned that we are repeat customers.
Also, i know the Groupon states «dine-​in only», but the Manager had never given me a problem with my Groupons in the past. In fact, he had told me at a prior visit that i could just as easily ask for a box to take my leftovers, so the «dine-​in» stipulation wasn’t really effective. But today, the worker denied my husband a box, AND implied he would watch them eat the pizza in the dining area (as to avoid giving them a box for a full pizza). After some discussion between my husband and the Manager, they finally gave him a box.
WILL i BE BACK?
Most likely. But i’ll remember to bring my own tupperware or to-​go box. Damn, i’m so Filipino, talaga!

HORRIBLE Service… We waited well over one hour for a single pizza. RIDICULOUS ! We walked in to place the order, drove off to run some errands and then arrived back 40 minutes later to find they had not even started our order.
The young man at the counter just said «oh we have just been really busy» seriously? There was not a sole in the place. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Anyone with any sense would have offered something… NOPE not this place.
