Nekter Juice Bar

I love this location! The service here is always excellent! I only come here on the weekends because I am in the area but it is usually the same crew there.
Whenever I do go it is usually a line or a wait but I dont really mind because the smoothie is always delicious. I always try to try something different every time I go.
Overall the service is great and treats are delicious this place is a definite must try if you are in the area. My fave is the pink flamingo!

This location has really gone down hill over the past year. We ordered online and my husband went to pick up our bowls and came home with 2 bowls that weren’t even half way filled. The bowls were watery and the fruit sparse. I’m not sure what the problem is with this location but hopefully they get their act together soon since it’s just down the street from my house and the pb bowls are so good when done right.

To be honest, the smoothies here aren’t as flavorful as other smoothie shops. But it’s because they use agave instead of sugar or corn syrup and their ingredients are much more natural and healthy. I think this place is great if you’re health conscience and are more concerned with getting natural ingredients over flavor. Not saying they’re gross, the smoothies here are good just not loaded with artificial flavor like Juice it up or Jamba Juice. The employees are all nice and humble. I live in Corona but stop here whenever I visit Yorba Regional Park down the street.

I try to juice at home as much as possible, but sometimes there just isn’t the time! Nektar is an awesome place to satisfy that craving when you don’t have time to juice at home.
Their wait times can get a little long if it’s crowded, but it’s worth the wait!

I am a HUGE fan of Nekter, particularly their acai bowls, but I was pretty disappointed. I have been to several of their locations and have been shocked to find how different the quality is. The bowl I received was very watery tasting and even a bit bitter and the banana on top wasn’t ripe but unfortunately, I had taken it to-​go so was unable to have it remade. While Nekter’s juices are pretty consistent whichever location you visit, their acai bowls are really inconsistent in quality and taste. I would definitely recommend the Anaheim Hills location instead if you are looking for an acai bowl. On a positive note; however, the location is adorable and the staff is really nice.

This was my first time here. I must say not only was I impressed by the quality of smoothie I received the staff was top notch. They we’re super friendly and greated me when arrived and when I left. They were speedy and my order perfect!

Went there for their 5^th annivesary celebration, they were giving out free 16oz vouchers for a juice or smoothie, next time around (exp 10÷31÷15). The Buzz was very good, get it with ice!

We juice at home a lot, but there are many days that we just don’t have the time. Nekter is so easy and has similar costs to what I pay to do it myself. The people that work at this location are absolutely awesome — they greet each person as they enter, are super friendly, and the service is quick. Most of the people know me by name and what I typically order. This type of service is rare today, and very appreciated.
The only request I would have from Nekter is that they would offer organic produce. This is the only reason I continue to juice at home instead of buy daily from them.

Mixed feelings… I feel the texture is just too chalky for me. I think it’s the nut milk used in some of the drinks. I’m not sure if I’m a juicer fan or not, but I’m assuming not since I haven’t found «the one» here that just makes me crave more. :/​kind of bummed since it’s so close and sounds healthy-​ish. Maybe the watermelon cooler? *crosses fingers* it’s always packed though when I see it! And I love the stores design, if that counts for anything. :)

I try to juice at home because I like to choose the produce I’m juicing, not pulverize apple seeds etc, but who am I kidding? We’re pretty busy! So since we still need those nutrients Nekter can be our saving grace!
I’ve been all about «The Cure» lately which is Beet, broccoli, kale, parsley, celery, grapes and apple (I sub out the apple for orange since they put the whole apple through the juicer and I try to avoid the pulverized seeds). I’ve also been into «the Buzz» which is Carrot, orange, lemon and ginger (but I try to add some greens like kale/​celery because that’s kind of a lot of sugar by itself). The point is Nekter is happy to modify according to whatever you like and if you don’t want to modify their recipes you can always make your own!
I’m also in love with their acai bowls! The acai banana berry bowl is delicious (acai, bananas, nut milk and berries blended up on top of granola and more fruit) and my go-​to is the tangy pitaya bowl (dragonfruit, banana, pinapple, coconut butter & coconut water blended together and topped with hemp seed granola, raw coconut flakes and bananas).
This is the newest location in the area and the people are so nice. They make great juice/​acai bowls with a smile (and a trusty vitamix of course)! It also probably has the best parking between the closest locations in Brea or Anaheim.
I dig Nekter Juice Bar, this location is great and Yay! I’m a fan.

Delicious and healthy with great customer service. This place has quality offerings that Jamba Juice and Juice It Up could never provide. Glad i came here. This place has an amazing selection of fresh juices and smoothies. We purchased two smoothies and were pleasantly surprised how good something so healthy could be. The store itself is modern and chic, meanwhile their food along with their service made the entire experience worthwhile. I’ll be back to indulge.

Love the décor including wire baskets repurposed as light coverings and the big cushy couch bench with stuffed pillows. Wall of windows makes this location bright and airy.
Friendly service and healthy smoothies! So relaxed after yoga at the gym that I couldn’t think of the fruit I wanted and the person helping us guessed it on the first try! So helpful :)

It was a very clean store, with a very fruity smell and very friendly employees. The toxin flush one of my favorites and pitaya bowl was amazing ! I’ve previously tasted it but Jessica makes them amazingly delicious !

Nekter always hits the spot. They serve great drinks, smoothies and awesome bowls. I usually get the PB bowl and a drink.
The service is good, the staff is always friendly and efficient.

I used to frequent the Long Beach location all the time, and I can safely say the design of this location is much more aesthetically pleasing! I love the couches in particular. As for the drinks, I would recommend the Sublime juice minus parsley, and the Orange Crush smoothie.

I learned about this place just the other day and I am so thankful I did. As someone that juices everyday, it’s nice to know I have a place I can go grab a delicious juice on my way home from work.
They have a decent selection of juices that you can choose from. I thought that the employees were friendly and professional. Since I regularly make juices at home, I thought my order was ready in a timely matter.

To truly understand the word «hipster,» one must pass through this store. The secret of knowing that veganism is real and can taste good lies in heart of this establishment. The nectar of the gods of the ancient Greco-​roman times cannot compare to this place, because this is the restaurant, Nekter.
Last weekend on Saturday December 6, 2014 I told my friends that I was vegan. Since I recently made the change to veganism, in her throngs support, one friend suggested that we go to this place called Nekter.
My first impression of the store was that it was not unlike any store that I had never seen before. The retro design seemed mainstreamed, yet it added to the ambiance. The amount of natural light in this eatery kept the mood light and happy. Despite the retro-​modern design of the place and the good overall layout, the food is what my friend Erin and I went to try.
She ordered the acai banana berry bowl, and because I was feeling sheepish, I followed suit. The acai banana berry bowl is made of exactly what the name suggests; there are acai berries, bananas, and multiple other berries, along with homemade cashew butter mixed into this delicious smoothie. The smoothie is poured into a bowl, a paper recyclable one of course, and the to the top is added a banana, some strawberries, and hemp granola. This combination literally makes heaven in a bowl!
We decided to eat at Nekter, and the setting could not have been a more perfect place to celebrate my newfound animal activism and abstinence from animal products. We enjoyed our vegan meals and talked on matters ranging from the dairy industry to the role of animals in fashion. Our talk was obviously not unwelcomed, because many fellow customers and some of the staff seemed intrigued by our conversation when they overheard it.
However, while both the food and the atmosphere are pleasant for a sprouting vegan, the wait is not. I now need more calories at an even faster rate, and the rate at which they made my smoothie bowl did not match the rate at which my metabolism was working. The most frustrating thing was that the customers who ordered more items after me, received their order first. This all would have been forgiven if I was given an explanation, but rather I was just handed heaven in a bowl, so I can not complain too much.
Overall Nekter supplied both Erin and myself with the nutrition and setting we needed to celebrate my full-​fledged veganism. Veganism seemed to be overall accepted here, as almost all of their in-​store products are vegan.
Vegans come one and all to this awesome resturant, it’s the perfect place to switch your date smoothie or thirty bananas with!

This juice bar is Fantastic! The juices and smoothies are well made and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality. The staff is very knowledgable and super friendly. I would come here daily if I lived in the area. Wish we had Nekter in NYC

They’re finally open, folks! Nekter Yorba Linda is the newest in the chain and is located off of Yorba Linda Blvd and Village Center Dr.
The décor is rustic and cool with lots of wood and hardware. Seating is plentiful and they even have a bench with comfy cushions and pillows!
I tried the Chocolate Dream today and it’s very tasty! The 16 oz is plenty for me and it’s nice that they included the calorie amount on their menu!
You can also buy pre-​made drinks and protein snacks from their refrigerator which is convenient! That’s where the cleanses are located as well.
Overall, this store is cute, the employees make tasty drinks, and I’m happy they’re finally open!
