Pepz Pizza & Eatery

I never thought I would review a pizza place because I’m not a huge pizza fan, but this place deserves it. The owner goes above and beyond duty. Each time I go in, he calls me by name, knows my order and genuinely cares. This place is well managed as well. The employees are polite, personable and hard working with great attitudes. I’m not a pizza junkie, but this is the only pizza I will eat and actually crave. It’s fresh and not greasy. My typical order is the California Club sandwhich on squaw bread with a salad. It’s fresh and delicious. I’ve also ordered delivery and have been very happy with the service. This Pepz is a go to for us!

Pizza and Caesar salad are awesome. Wasn’t too happy with the pasta, but hey, it’s a pizza joint. Fast and friendly delivery.

Called to order noticed the online prices were different, then I told her said she should honor what’s on line she tells me no they have not fixed their prices so I decided to leave it alone, I ordered and she got her «manager on the line, even though I was past worrying about a little 20 cent difference in price. He immediately tells me how the owner has not fixed the prices and that he wanted me to know there was nothing he could do… again I was over the price difference and asked him why he was on the line, she said I wanted to talk to him, I just wanted to order a pizza. He was spent to much time trying to defend why his prices were lower on line, instead of getting my business. He just lost my business.

Parking… this place was good on parking and plenty of it since its in a huge business complex next to a subway and a Starbucks.
Service… Service was great here no complaints I did like that me and my friend were sharing a ranch and one of the workers ask us if it’s ok he bring us another 2 ranches so we won’t share. In DJ Khalessi voice «I like that».
Food… I got the California pizza and OMG OMG THAT PIZZA WAS SOOO GOOOOOOOD. I loved every bite of it. It has avocado omg it was good regardless of what it has. The crust on the pizza was really good as well. I also got the wings there. I’m a huge wings guy so when I tried them they were legit. There original hot was good as well.
Conclusion…
I’m pretty sure I won’t be there anything soon since I live no where near there which sucks. But you will be missed. This pizza place made it to my top 10 pizza places and your up against some pretty people. Craft beer collection is good but I think the price is to expensive for a small bottle. Regarding other beer prices idk.

Lots of cheese, great sauce, great service. I got lost when I took my first bite. This pizza is great especially sharing with my family.

Their pizzas are good. They put a lot of cheese, that’s why its super bomb. Their wings are fantastic. Its a bit pricey, i believe it was about $ 22 – 24 for a large pizza? This is one my top pizza places around the area.

This is s cute little local pizza place. They have many pizza options but some really great salads and sandwiches. Marcos the manager always has a smile and makes sure your order is perfect. I usually come on week nights and it does get busy… But the food is worth it!

I really love this place. This is the place me and my SO go when we crave pizza every time. The staff is lax but really nice. We usually split their weekly lunch special which comes with two pizza slices, a salad, and a drink for about $ 6.95. I’d really recommend it. The meatball sub is good too. I’m taking a star off (wish I could do half a star) because I’m not a big fan of the sports and beer atmosphere but that’s just my personal opinion.

Food was delicious. I had a California club soooo good husband had a pastrami sandwich and he loved it. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend it. I see some bad reviews that’s disappointing because we had a great experience.

Just ok. there are places with much better pizza. I usually order the sandwiches from this place in a pinch and they are acceptable.

I always get delivery from here and it’s so good! The spaghetti and meatballs are delicious also!

Pizza is great, but if they tell you a call in order will be ready in fifteen minutes, don’t expect that to happen give yourself about ten more minutes. Worth the wait for sure…

First time there and the experience was great! Went in because I had a gift certificate, however; I don’t regret trying a new place for a slice of pie heaven! Ordered the veggie and it was yummy! The beers on tap are great and the happy hour they offer is great! Just wish I knew about them sooner! Staff is friendly my and attentive! Thanks guys… the pizza and beer were rad! See ya next time!

Never again will I order from this place. They have messed up my order ²⁄₃ of the times I’ve ordered from this place.
The first time I ordered from here it was sooo good. I got the chicken pesto sandwich & it was absolutely delicious (which is why I ordered again)
However, the second time was the total opposite. I ordered the same thing plus a cookie with ice cream & I was quoted 45 mins… Little did I know that 45 mins actually mean 1 hour 37mins. Not only was my food extremely late, but it was also cold. The ice cream my cookie came with was melted & there were no utensils! I called & they refunded my money…
The third time I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs (not that good) & the cookie with ice cream… To my surprise my order got here earlier & the delivery guy said «the ice cream isn’t cold this time haha» I laughed & thought YES My food is warm & my ice cream isn’t melted… Then I started to go through my bag… NO ICE CREAM. I called & it was a little of a hassle, but they sent me new ice cream & a new cookie…

The bad outweighs the good. I’ll never order from this place again.

Terrible experience today, this place sucks, we went in and this place was completely empty when we ordered our meals. Salads, subs and pasta, and personal pan calzone, everything came to the table except Calzone and going on 25 min I look around the whole place is full people have their pizzas and all kinds of stuff on people’s table, I go up to register and there’s pizzas coming out of pizza oven and they say mine will be another 5 min WTF really that’s crazy,
How is it that everyone else’s order and their pizzas come out and pass my order up and a small calzone is not even really,

Love this place! The staff is very welcoming, and they don’t try to rush you. They have daily lunch/​dinner specials. My favorite is The Meats Pizza which comes with pepperoni, sausage, ham and bacon bits, which rivals my moms homemade pizza. Their menu includes calzone, pasta, salads, and more.
There is a good amount of seats, which is a big deal. They have a small bar area with about 4 – 5 stools for you to order beer or wine while you wait for your food. Its not the largest selection of choices, but what they have is great when pairing with pizza and pasta.
While you wait there are T.V.s that you can watch sports on and arcade games for your and/​or your kids to play.
The wait time for pizza is about 10 minutes, which isn’t bad for making a fresh pizza. A feature that is extremely helpful is that you can place an order here on Unilocal for either delivery or take-​out. Makes it very convenient if you are in a hurry.
I am very stingy when it comes to giving 5 Stars, but I would absolutely give Pepz Pizza & Eatery a 5 Star rating. For the welcoming staff, bar, delicious food, and plenty of seating.
I enjoy ordering take-​out and bring new people here to show them how good it is. I recommend this for everyone to try.

Being a huge hockey fan, naturally I love good pizza and hot wings. During season and offseason, Pepz has quickly become our favorite pizza eatery!
My boyfriend’s favorite is the artichoke spinach pizza because it tastes like the artichoke spinach dip appetizer you can order at restaurants but instead of scooping it up with chips it’s conveniently on the pizza and topped with chicken.
My favorite is the chicken philly pizza because I love the green bell peppers and mushrooms.
We liked the buffalo chicken pizza however since we almost always order hot wings it was overkill lol
The Italian pizza was good with the tomatoes and basil, however there was too much garlic for our taste… and we cook with fresh garlic regularly! Some people may like this much so don’t let it scare you.
The California delight is amazing with the chicken, green onions, cilantro, tomatoes, and avocado, but all things considered I still like the chicken Philly better.
The Mexican pizza was really refreshing with the tomatoes, jalapeños, and cilantro but I’m not a huge fan of chorizo.
We were excited to try the Mediterranean however this was probably our least favorite pizza because usually soujoukh is tender and moist but on the pizza it was tough and dry — maybe baked too long?
The Philly cheesesteak pizza is great with beef but we like the chicken philly better because the chicken seems to stay moister than the beef. The flavor of the beef is spot on, so if it did not get dry in the pizza oven I would order the beef instead of the chicken.
We loved the pesto chicken pizza but it was a tad salty for us.
I’m trying to convince my bf to try the pastrami pizza but he’s more conservative food wise than I am so I’m just happy I’ve been able to get him to try to many different kinds of pizza (not just pepperoni)
In addition to the pizzas we have also tried the broasted chicken which was good and the jalapeño cheese ravioli and pepz potatoes which were just okay — both a little greasy.
The bread sticks were good but not my thing.
The beer battered shrimp are on deck! I could eat a ½ lb. myself ;) the shrimp are juicy and the batter is crisp on the outside. Mmm
I also really liked the Philly cheesesteak sandwich! It’s not nearly as greasy as the traditional Philly cheesesteak I used to drive much farther to procure so I feel less guilty indulging in this version :)
Best for last, the hot wings! Our favorite is the original hot but I also love the seasoned.
We have also tried and enjoyed the honey garlic, sweet chili, mango habanero, BBQ, and chipotle hot wings but we keep coming back to the original hot and seasoned.
Overall a great pizza place with fresh ingredients and friendly service!

This is really a takeout joint but the dining area is small, cozy and great for family dining.
Take your fam but before you go look for coupons in the local shopping mags.

I love the pizzas and broasted chicken !!!
The key is to dine-​in because it’s not the same when you have it delivered or picked up. It gets soggy! Maybe they need better containers for the chicken when delivering so they can keep the crispness of the chicken ???
I’ve even had their chicken Alfredo and love that too!
This place definitely can work on customer service a little, but the food keeps me coming back!

Decent place to pick up a quick lunch. Their $ 5.99 lunch special for 2 slices of pizza, salad, and drink will hit the spot. The pepperoni pizza here won’t win any awards, but the establishment also doesn’t tout itself as one of those «places.» The lunch special salad is just iceburg lettuce with a tomato, cheese, croutons, and dressing. As another review stated, their soda machine is mounted pretty high. Forget telling the kids to fill your cup, they probably won’t be able to reach it.
A few TVs around to catch up on ESPN Sportscenter. The staff is friendly and will bring out your pizza when its done going through the oven.
