Good service. The food was OK. But the cost of the food was was to expensive. I was shocked honestly. Even Cheddars and Perkins are way cheaper and better food. Lesson learned. I will not be returning.

Decided to go back for another try because our first choice was packed. Right off the bat my coffee cup had a big crack about two inches long near the top of the cup which didn’t bother our server at all. When I unwrapped my eating utensils the napkin was stuck fast to something on the fork that tore a piece of it off. My eggs were just barely warm but my home fries were hot. The squeeze ketchup bottle had ketchup all over the top of it. What a mess! For the price this place is just not worth the time.

Good service and good food.
Burger was great, Side salad was good too. Their chicken rice soup was nice and creamy.
If you are in the mood for comfort food, check this diner out. The menu is large and you should be able to find something that will appeal to your taste.

Went here for breakfast my second time. Today’s breakfast was the most tasteless breakfast I’ve had in a long while. The links sausages are a replica of frozen links purchased from the supermarket. The tasteless sausage was accompanied by tasteless hash brown potatoes. Take a page from some of the diners in Baltimore replace your link sausage and add peppers and onions to your breakfast potatoes

First time here on 11÷14÷15 on the way to Strand-​Capital Theatre… great food, very fast and professional service. Our waitress was exceptional. No sooner we ordered, she was right back with my salad. The turkey platter was delicious. My husband had eggs and bacon with home fries that were very tasty. Their cakes looked amazing. We’ll definitely be back

I have stopped in a few times during the early afternoon. Service is fast and staff is friendly. I don’t order anything over the top or fancy so their food for me is always great. Try their pumpkin pecan pancakes and pumpkin cappuccino. YUM.

Went to the round-​the-​clock east for dinner I ordered the meatloaf dinner it was terrible on top of that the utensils I had were Greasy and I had to get them exchanged! the coffee creamers were spoiled I had to get those exchanged! When they brought me back a fresh coffee it was so old that three creamers would not change the color of the coffee. The waitress that serve me the food left the area I could not even find her it was unbelievable the whole experience. Stay Away!!!

Decent food with good service at reasonable prices and it is close to home! I like the fact that there has never been a wait since I have been coming here.
The food is pretty good with one notable exception, they use brown gravy on their country fried steak after breakfast time. That is a sin! Use the same gravy, the pepper gravy, at dinner time too!
I feel that you definitely get what you pay for here. The service is pretty good and the staff is friendly. This is what a diner should be, nothing too fancy, just right. I prefer this to the original Round the Clock Diner because there are never waits when I go.
My advice for Round the Clock Diner East is simple, «Stay golden, pony boy».

It isn’t perfect, but for diner food it is darn near awesome. I had the fried haddock dinner and the fish was excellent and fresh. I had to request cocktail sauce though and my mom was given the wrong salad dressing so minus a star. Baked potato was so hot I had to be careful unwrapping it but that is a blessing. Seafood chowder was excellent. My water glass never went empty. Another person had salmon with dill sauce and was very happy. Another had chicken parmesan and was very pleased. I would go again in a heartbeat.

First time there this morning (May 25, 2015). Two omelets (coffee, home fries and toast included) plus two large oranges juices and a side of bacon (three pieces) $ 24 less tip. Not the best deal in town. Food came in a couple minutes but we thought we were going to die there waiting for our bill. Finally had to ask for it. We assumed when she was done hanging around another table she would come back but we were wrong. Refill on orange juice was free but the glass was still half full when she took it and poured more into it. That was kind of stupid on her part because she couldn’t charge us for another glass full. First day for new waitress! Wish someone would put in a breakfast buffet!

This place is what you’d expect from a diner. The food isn’t fantastic, but reasonably priced and still quite good. I had Greek lasagna which was odd, although I didn’t fully realize what it was which is my own fault. The French onion soup was delicious. Very spacious on the inside, and almost entirely new/​remodeled. My only complaints would be the watered down salad dressing and inexperienced waiter, although to his credit the food arrived quickly and he admitted to us that he was new and inexperienced. I’d recommend their sandwiches and burgers, which are delicious at the other location and presumably here as well. On that note, I would recommend this location over the old one, it seems to be much cleaner. I would go back.
