When you go to any restaurant, you look for food, service and ambience, this place nailed it for both food and service but ambience is little iffy but again food is worth to overlook any issue with ambience, too much quantity and too much goodness in the food

Pita Pita, you never fail me. I like to try new things all the time. Today I tried(I can’t remember the name) «beef stew». SOGOOD!

We ate at Pita Pita this afternoon and we left extremely satisfied. I had a small fattoush and a falafel and I brought home half the falafel because I was stuffed. Service and food is excellent. The hummus is so yummy.

This is not a fancy place, but it is run by good people, and the food is so delicious and wonderfully presented. Each time I go I am impressed with the freshness of the ingredients and the wonderful taste of the food. I wish that they would renovate the dining area a bit, especially, the bathroom is not exactly sparkly. However, this is a great local business and in my opinion it has the best damn Middle Eastern food outside Dearborn(the quality is as good as Evergreen in Dearborn, but slightly different style) and competes with anywhere in the US. I’ve been coming here for at least 10 years, although I don’t remember how long the place has been around. The shwarma sandwiches are a great deal. Get the large to take out, and it will keep you fed all day if you’re on the go!

We have been going to Pita Pita for years. Food is consistently good. Service in person or on the phone is great! You won’t be disappointed!

Food and service was ahhhh-mazing! Ordered chicken shawerma salad and chicken tawook plate. Portions are unbelievably big and the food is cooked perfectly. I’m in love with the chicken shawerma salad and will definitely be back. I just wish they used basmati rice, but the«lebanese» rice seems to be a staple in Michigan Mediterranean restaurants.

This has been one of our family favorites for years. The food is made with fresh ingredients and lots of love. The price is insanely affordable and the service is kind and friendly. We have used them to provide the food for a couple of larger events. Be warned though that what they consider enough to feed 100 is more like enough to feed 200. Stock up on freezer bags.

I was going to the Taco Bell next door, and I decided to try this out as an alternative. Definitely was a good. I had the chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it.

Sour tomatoes in a flat, over-salted, dimensionless tabouleh, tahini-less falafel and dry, crusty pita: $ 24 including tip. Mistakes were made. By all of us. This is a heartbreaking waste of what should have been good food. Please stop trying to cover up your culinary incompetence with salt. EDIT: Got cramps after several bites. Removed a star.

Great for take out and low key dine in. Most authentic middle Eastern fare! Fast service and a warm welcome. I stop in monthly. I have also pickup pparty platters and everyone enjoyed the freshness and taste.

One of my favs. The chicken fattoush salad is big enough for two people. They have large or small shawarma sandwiches. The large is big enough for two people but it’s so good, you will not want to share. The sauce is a little too heavy for me so I always request light sauce. Everything from the salads to appetizers are good. They ambience is not great. The place could be updated but the food and service makes up for it.

Pita Pita never disappoints. I have dined in, carried out and ordered catering multiple times over several years and it’s always consistent. You get a lot of food for what you pay and the quality is always great. I highly recommend the lentil soup which is utterly addictive. Staff are always friendly, as well.

My local go-to for the best fattoush chicken Shwarma around-packed with chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, dressing and pita chips-don’t forget to ask for extra garlic(love, love, love!). Skip the pita bread though-dry, blah-yuck.

This is generally my go-to for a large, fresh, salad. I get the fattoush and add chicken tawook. The portions are generous and the chicken is really tender and flavorful. You can see it rotating on the stick in the back and them slice it right off the bone. The fried pita is perfectly crisp and add a nice texture to the salad. The dressing is drinkable by the glassful and the garlic sauce is the perfect consistency. I always get an extra one for dipping my pita bread. They give you a huge amount of rice with slivered almonds, which is a nice complement to the salad. They also give you tons of pita bread. It’s the thin kind which is good for soaking up all the dressing and garlic sauce. The chicken shawarma is a pretty tasty as a meat option. The pickles and garlic sauce really help the flavors meld well. As a vegetarian option, I tried the eggplant with potato based on a recommendation and it wasn’t my favorite. They used to have seasoned french fries which were pretty tasty but they stopped carrying those and started carrying the standard french fries which was kinda disappointing. The décor and ambiance could benefit from some improvements. It can feel a little grim. Sometimes there is a wait even when you call and order ahead. They could be better with that. I’m forgiving though because I can generally count on consistently, good food for a good value. If you’re in the area and in the mood for some Mediterranean food, you should give them a try.

My family used to go here regularly, at some point the food got extremely inconsistent. I have met two people that are former employees(worked there two weeks or less). I guess they have a lot of former employees walking around. One of them said don’t eat there that they have really bad practices, the other just said the management was stifling and disorganized. The real kicker is that I still go there every once in a while to get a falafel sandwich, maybe 4 times a year. I’ve had good experiences with the falafel sandwiches. You can’t pay with credit for orders less than $ 10. I would give it three stars if I felt I could safely order anything on the menu at any time and get something worth eating.

The fried cauliflower sandwich — dear lord it is good. I also recommend the stuffed lamb with the cinnamon brown rice. The only thing I recommend against is the chicken shawarma, which is really dry. See if you can substitute the charbroiled chicken in the shawarma items, and you’ll be all set. The service can be iffy. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s bad, but I always come back for the food.

You would think that a place named Pita Pita would have nice fresh homemade ready-made pita, but that was not the case. The pita arrived wrapped in a plastic bag as if they had it mail ordered from another county. This seemed very odd. The pita was ice cold, tough and not very fresh. The service was okay but nothing special. We went with a large group of people and the overall sentiment was«Meh’ okay but nothing special. The deboned whole chicken was flavorful but a little overcooked and the gyro wraps tasted like they were on the spit for a little too long. It didn’t taste fresh. We all loved the hummus and baba ganoush apps and the dessert was also good. Prices were very affordable but I would not go back and hopefully, I will never be in Ypsilanti again.
