Sleep Train Mattress Centers

I have bought several mattress sets from this store. The sales help and delivery are great! The real expensive (more than $ 2,500) mattress sets are decent. Spending «only» $ 1,000 for a lower grade set can be quite disappointing though. I have had two box springs fail on me. Both were less than a year old. I called for warranty replacement and they sent out this «inspector» to assess if the mattress and box spring are spotless and no tags have been removed. Yes, you know, the tags that say not to be removed except by consumer. I found out that you should NEVER remove these tags. They replaced my first cheap box springs after about 2 months wait. The second box springs that was defective was NOT, however, replaced. Again, after a six+ week wait for inspector gadget, who took copious notes and numerous photos of the box springs, Sleep Train reported the box springs was damaged, not defective, and the manufacturer would not honor their warranty. Of course, I protested to high heaven what’s the difference between damaged and defective and the surly girl said she wasn’t there to interpret the manufacturer’s decision. Literally, this cheap box springs is a cheaply framed piece of junk with wire not much thicker than coat hangers. I have a 120 lb person sleeping on this mattresses set. So, if that person even sits down too hard, those cheap springs are going to collapse. They did — after about 11 month’s use. So — beware when buying their box springs. They are junk and should be included free because you won’t get the manufacturer to honor any kind of warranty.

We were very surprised at the professionalism and great prices in the retail store. Because of this, we made our purchase there instead of online. It was very nice to do business with a person instead of online.

I went in to buy replacement mattress pads. Michael Suess showed me the two styles of pads. Then he asked me where I bought my original pads. I told him Roseville, Sleep Train. He looked up my purchase in the computer and told me that they should still be under warranty. He looked up that phone number for me to call. Sure enough, they are still under warranty and a new set is on the way to me.
I really appreciate that he put my best interest above making a sale! That is true customer service. I will definitely go see him when I need to purchase bedding in the future.

Wow can I say top notch. We recently purchased a bed from Sleep Train in Yuba City and what a great experience. The place was super clean the salesperson that helped us Steve Coon was so informative. I feel that he listened to our needs and really took the time to find what would be best for the both of us. They also have same day delivery which I was very surprised about. Sweet Dreams for Me.

She is one of Sleep Train’s most top notch customer service representatives, a real people person, and in my opinion the best person Sleep Train has working for them. She understands customer’s concerns and handles each detail to the satisfaction of the customer. I highly recommend Sleep Train and I’d personally ask for Melissa Desgrange by name to assist you in your purchase.

Great service and competitive pricing. Both Adam and Vonnie were helpful in choosing our new bed. Seemed busy, weren’t pushy but kept coming back to see if we needed information. Lots of good information from both salespeople and we were very happy with our purchase. Went there because they were having a sale and guess what? NO DELIVERY CHARGE! 100 day guarantee and they’ll take away our old mattress set for free. Did I mention NO DELIVERY CHARGE? What a concept.
