What more can you ask for? Sports and a massage with your haircut, it’s great. The ladies that have cut my hair have always been pleasant and fun to talk to. I recommend the MVP, and my favorites are Mindy and Paige. I only gave 4 stars because you can’t schedule ahead and sometimes the wait time is a little longer than what they say it will be. But it’s worth the wait.

I went here to get my haircut and was told that the wait would be 25 min, which was fine. I said I will be right outside since all the seats were taken. I waited about 40 min waiting. I walked back inside to find out that they already skipped me and I would have to wait even longer. I just left without even getting a haircut. I understood that they were busy but to not even call me while standing just outside the door is ridiculous. At least I got a little tan waiting outside in the sun.

People who give negative reviews because of wait time are idiots. Every barber is a first come first serve establishment. Your haircut is under $ 30! If you want an appointment go to a stylist/hair dresser and pay 10X. Wait line although long, are not uncommon for good cuts. Had another great experience!

My husband and my two year old go and see Mindi and she is amazing. There has been like two times where we saw someone else that worked there and was great also. They are all very nice and great customer service. Mindi though is awesome. My son has been going to her since he has been 1 and she is great with him…

Horrible wait and hit or miss hair cut. I have taken my son here many times but today will be the last time. 2 hour wait to get a botch job. We told the lady exactly what to use and for some reason its too short. Do they not know the difference between a size 1 guard and a 3??? Silvia needs a lesson or two about a little boys hair cut.

Hairstylist couldn’t care any less about there customers. She suggested the MVP so I obliged and she just quickly ran through it. She mentioned a shoulder massage and was never provided. Had to re explain my simple haircut over and over and after she left a few details out on what to do she would complain about my askings, «hey could u please line up my side burns», rudely with a bad attitude she did but was mad cuz I had to ask her numerous times to do it like it was my fault. I will never go here again, guess it explains why they always have new people working there every so often. Worst customer service ever, do your freaking job or don’t waste our time… so I can take my money elsewhere.

I personally loved this place. Some of you are way to damn judgmental and irrational o n what you’re expecting. Im not into sports and I still love this place. They are top notch and know what they are doing. It seems to me that maybe some of you are trolls from other rival businesses that are trying to give a bad rep to them. To top it off, take this, I am gay and loved the atmosphere and service I received. My hair looked great and the way they manage themselves is way better than any other place I’ve been to and I’m from Los Angeles where barber shops are a dime a dozen. Their customer service is amazing and I’ve worked retail managment for over 6 years so I believe my opinion has validity. Point blank period get over your damn selves and appreciate what they do. If your a damn internet troll from a rival business then you should spend more time giving better service instead of wasting your time giving negative reveiws to businesses who obviously aren’t hurt by your ridiculous attempts because they were plenty busy when I was there.

I’m going to disagree with«Ryder D.», I really dont’ see what’s so damn offensive about combining«sports» with«harcuts», since it’s somewhat reminiscent of a barbersharp type theme(seems like he has some anger issues as well, its a hair salon, get over it). That being said, I’m not some huge fan of the theme, in fact I really don’t even watch sports, but I will admit I like the cohesive look a lot better than the ratty old superclips in the area, and having a game to watch/distract you while getting a haircut is rather nice. Sports are also a pretty universal theme used in many different businesses(restaurants, malls, merch, retail, etc). So on to the actual service; I’ve gotta say, the workers are all pretty friendly and seem to know what they’re doing, at least in my experiences. I’m sure this could very easily become sleazy(the sac one has a few bad reviews on google), but the times I’ve gone its been tasteful. The workers who have cut my hair all did a great job(better than supercuts, not like I have a difficult style to begin with), and one time I even got the MVP thingy and it was pretty fun. Like I said, getting a «rub down» sounds a little off, but its on your head, not really all that big of a deal, just nice to get a massage on your scalp, and the warm towl was nice as well(not really worth the extra coin, but still was nice with a coupon). They used the tea-tree oil shampoo which has a nice tingle, I bought a little bottle of it(of course, way overpriced here, you can find it elsewhere cheaper). The price is high, try to find coupons, they usually have them in the cilpper magazine. I’ve never really had much of a wait either, they seem to have plenty of staff, typically around a 5 minute wait or so. If you need a fairly common/normal hair cut(this isn’t a high-end salon), are willing to spend 2 extra bucks for a clean/well-lit facility with friendly staff, then Sports Clips is worth it.
