I have been here on two occasions; both unpleasant, both uncomfortable. This café is primarily designed for ladies who lunch and posh totty, and if you don’t fall into those categories — I’d go elsewhere. The first time I visited me and my two friends were told to quieten down by a woman dressed head to toe in garish Fendi labels.(Baring in mind that me and my friends are fairly softly spoken, we were absolutely shocked) The second time I was on my own and had to listen to two girls drivel on about whether they couldn’t decide to travel or go to London to ‘find themselves’. The food and drink is over priced and underwhelming. The staff look annoyed when you place an order as that mean they might have to, gulp, work. The tables are pushed together meaning that a private conversation is overheard by the entire café.
