After visiting the bank round the corner I came in here to try out this place for lunch. It’s quite an attractive spot, most of the clientele, I noticed, were young women with I would suspect, their mothers and I’d agree it is quite a good place to bring your mother or aunt. For my preference it was too hot a day to try the hot food which consisted of things like lasagne, pasta bake, pies of meat or chicken it though it looked freshly cooked and tasty. I went for a baguette with prawns and marie rose sauce which was actually a bit bland and disappointing, however, the coffee was good and it’s a pleasant, peaceful sort of place to sit down for a break from looking at the shops on High Street.

Just about average. There are worse places, but there are better places. I had a pannini which was lovely, maybe slightly over-priced, but the staff were friendly and attentive.
