I am so weird — I always though Clarks shoes were for mummy’s and Daddy’s who were well off to shop in. I associated the place with richer children and their new school shoes, dowdy ladies and old women with hunches. I don’t really know why. I think they have shaken that image though not entirely — the Clarks in Belfast city center is big, bright and had shelf upon shelf of what I think look like sensible, comfortable shoes. I wasn’t horrified by the mummy — ness of them nor was I inspired to buy any. I think they provide good, solid, quality, sturdy shoes that can be worn to work but not on a night out and for the type of money you would pay for something quality. I think I will be turning to Clarks more as I get older.

Good fitting service here for kids and very well made shoes that you know are doing your child’s feet some good. Nice up to date styles too. I took my daughter here for her first fitting and got a polaroid and frame for buying her first ever shoes. Very cute. Shoes can be expensive but worth buying at least one quality pair a season.
