I only went in here because I had a 50% off voucher. Its very small and people were actually queuing up to get in! The service was very poor and I actually complained. I had watched my starter be placed on the service hatch and it stood there for 15 minutes and several waitresses ignored it. By the time I got it, it was cold and I sent it back! The pizza was ok — but a bit tasteless I thought. Will not bother again!

personally although i love pizza hut i would never use this one again, the queue for a table was disgusting and i was waiting 15 mins to be seated, then the staff were rude. the food was just standard, and the table service was a joke, add to that i had to carry a buggy down the stairs as there is no disabled/pushchair access(or wasnt when i went last). and not 1 member of staff out of the 5⁄6 that were standing about offered to help despite me bieng heavily pregant. avoid this one if you can

i love pizza hut(whats not to love about unlimited salad:)) but this place is an absolute disaster! from the moment we stepped foot inside it was probem after problem. we expained we were in a hurry and they scurried off to find a table, 10 mnutes later we were still waiting, despite there beng severa tables we could see. they then didnt have 3 of the dishes we asked for and the salad bar had only lettuce!!! we were disgusted also at the attitudes of the members of staff who didnt seem to care. upon getting them bill the final straw was being charged 7.99 for aplate of lettuce! would avoid this place at all costs

All you can eat pizza?! This Pizza Hut is a dingy, basement-type affair. If you want quick pizza, then the buffet here will do the job. But don’t expect too much taste, or overly friendly service. The staff are nothing if not busy Handy for NS Station though.

A typical pizza hut which offers good tasty pizza at reasonable prices. Pizza hut can become quite packed and you will find you sometimes need to wait to get seated. Service is good and staff are great as they always seem to be at pizza hut restaurants. Unlimited drinks is always the best part and the buffet can be good value for money if you take advantage of it. Situated in a good area and is a better than average pizza hut and i would say you should use this particular one over others, except if it is busy. OVerall very good place to eat.

Pizza Hut is an odd one for me — I don’t actually like their pizza. This branch is often very busy as it’s very small for such a central eatery. This means that you can, on occasion, have to wait to be seated. It also means that there can be quite a wait involved for your food to be served. With the relatively few waiters and waitresses rushing about between tables, it’s easy to think they’ve forgotten about you. But they are always personable and I have not yet ACTUALLY been forgotten about there. As mentioned, I am not a fan of their pizza. It doesn’t even compare to Domino’s, and I actually much prefer many frozen pizzas over Pizza Hut. Their pizzas aren’t overly expensive, but I feel they aren’t worth the price. Free drinks refills are important as the pizza needs a lot of washing down. The desserts, however, are superb. I would definitely recommend the desserts there(I had a chocolate fudge cake thing that was probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my entire adult life), and the starters are pretty great too. It’s just the pizza that’s the problem

Located in Birmingham city centre, this pizza is the place to meet friends or workmates to meet for lunch. The prices are quite low especially for the all you can eat. Of course during the lunch hours, it gets really busy like every other restuarant, however overall the service is quite good and its good value for money.

There is also one in the Bullring shopping centre, on the lower level, adjacent to the Church, should you crave pizza and the New Street one is busy /closed etc.

What is there to say? It’s a Pizza Hut in central Birmingham. As they go it’s perfectly acceptable, but not outstanding. I guess the best thing about this place is that it’s a reasonable quick sit-down meal near to New St station and various pubs and shops. If it’s lunchtime though, I suggest that you spend the extra few quid and go to Chez Jules across the road(they do good lunch deals)
