Pizza as always was decent, consistency is the buzz word of the day! But the company made me want to leave as soon as I sat down. Although this is a problem with who I choose to spend my time rather than anything you guys could have done better! Anyway see you soon!

If you’re looking to put food in your face, then this place will let you do just that. There are plenty of other eateries just a short walk from here(Jamie’s Italian, Mount Fuji Thai, Gourmet Burger… there’s even a Nandos opposite!) but if you’re either the fussy one, or you accidentally married one, then this is probably why you’re looking at this review of the place. You can get your predictable pizzas and associated side dishes here and wash it down with a commercial carbonated beverage, if that’s what you’re after. I don’t mean to sound too deadbeat; the food is always piping hot and full of flavour, and the drinks are always what you asked for, but at the end of the day it’s a Pizza Hut, so really you should only go there if you do actually want pizza and can’t be swayed to try anything else.

Walking back from Cinema and deciding where to eat. We thought we would stick around bullring for food. Finding a table in a restaurant around city centre is hard during the weekends. Table waits are over half an hour. Pizza Hut was only place we got table not waiting long. Been long time since I’ve been to Pizza Hut, was hungry and we ordered quickly. Pizza came hot and base was soft. I got the vegetarian. The quality of the pizza wasn’t the best, and being a Pizza restaurant I expected more. Service wasn’t bad, but could’ve been better. The server didn’t look happy, maybe she had a bad day who knows.

It was an excellent experience. Warm welcome and minimum wait. While waiting I was given a menu to choose. Seating area is comfortable and has plenty of space. Food always comes piping hot and service is excellent every time. I will recommend this to all my friends.

I’ve ordered a pizza on more than one occasion. Fortunately i have found that it takes well over 50 minutes to deliver to my table which is far longer than i consider to be reasonable. When the food arrives i normally rate it a 7 out of 10. On the plus side they tend to be open longer hours than other pizza outlets and you can usually find good vouchers.

Didn’t like the attitude of the Manager here. We were waiting almost 40 mins for a pizza and he claimed it was only 15. In retail there is an important rule and that is that the customer is always right! I ended up complaining to customer services who apologised for his attitude. I wouldn’t go back here again though. There were queues of people at the door and it looked like cattele lining up for their feed, why bother being nice to customers when you have lemmings ready and waiting outside?!

This restaurant gets really busy! There is often a long queue for a table so be prepared to wait! It does tend to move along pretty quickly during the buffet hours though. In the evening, the restaurant is much quieter. The service is always pretty quick and they are happy to adjust items for special diets(as a vegan I always ask for a pizza without cheese and the staff are happy to oblige!)

Nice restaurant offering the usual Pizza Hut food with fast and friendly service. I personally reccomend the cookie dough dessert, which a freshly baked cookie and ice cream with chocolate sauce — pure heavan if you have a sweet tooth. There’s the usual ice cream factory and refillable drinks here, which is always great value for money. You can get a buffet for about £5 where you can just have a load of pizza if you want without forking out for a pizza costing about a tenner, which is a bit steep if you ask me.

I feel really sorry for the staff at this Pizza Hut restaurant — next to a Gregs, opposite a burger king, and with a Nandos opposite it’s hardly in an area to attract your more discerning diner. If you go in while the lunchtime buffet is on then the staff(rightly) assume that is what you are there for. Go in after this and they will inform you that the buffet isn’t on — even if you haven’t asked for it — i’d imagine in the long run it saves them time. However the staff are all genuinely friendly with a good sense of humour. Service and attentiveness is spot on, and the food is well cooked and presented — even the starters that are on offer with the buffet. I have no problems in recommending this restaurant to others.

This is my favourite Pizza hut in Birmingham city centre, its recently been updated and while there is often a queue there is plenty of seating and the buffet is stocked up very quick at peak times. The staff are ok in this branch but could be better I feel but thats the same anywhere you go. This hut is also really good as its right in the Bullring meaning you dont have to go out in the freezing cold this time of the year!

This can be found opposite Nandos and next to Greggs so you have plenty of options for a lunch whilst you are shopping here. I have gone here a few times and the service is wonderful, the staff friendly and and helpful when it comes to the bottomless drinks! The pizza is delicious and a real treat as it is not something I have often. They do a kids menu for a reasonable price and they get a bowl with free run of the ice cream and toppings section! Pizza Hut has changed its name to Pasta Hut and they do a lot of pasta dishes and I think the name change just highlights that they are doing a lower fat option for those people who have not visited. Last time I was at this branch it was still signed as Pizza Hut. They box up anything you don’t eat which you can take home
