Where pie dreams become untrue. Pies come served in a box(no plates!), pies are bland, large portion of chips is shown in the image which I think have sat around in a warmer for too long and became totally dry. Seating is uncomfortable and you get a not so nice waft of train diesel fumes. Service is poor, price is expensive for what you get. Did I say the pies are poor quality?

There are plenty of new food places to try in Grand Central an I am most definitely a fan of this one. Good old fashioned pie and mash type food. I was surprised to find that it’s served in a take away box and that’s the only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star rating as I would prefer them to wash up plates rather than have quite so much waste. However the food is tasty and the prices were much less than I was expecting given its placement. All in all 2 thumbs up.

Pick a pie from the list and add a couple of sides. There’s a LOT of new places to look at in Grand Central and I finally got around to this with my friend. As with everything else in the food area there’s only half walls rather than being enclosed and this makes you look around at everything. It’s a pretty simple set up and the Pie was nice.(Not amazing but nice.) Friendly staff and the venue was spotless. The only negative thing I’ve got to say is that there wasn’t a lot of room between tables. This is a train station after all and me and my friend had luggage which made it pretty impossible to get past people with theirs. This isn’t London!
