Always upto now go here at starbucks on our day off to relax. Usually staff very friendly however on this day 17.04.17the young lady behind the counter whome i think is the manageress . slim older lady dark brown hair was very rude. She never gives a welcome smile .i have found this very off putting to stay and have a coffee. The seats also here are very shabby and dirty . Spilt milk stains on all fabric chairs. Dirty tables unless you ASK for them to be cleaned. Would not sit on the fabric furniture with nice clothrs on.!!!!! Considering how expensive you pay for a coffee which we dont mind because we enjoy it. They need to seriously put some money back in for a massive revamp. Solihull has been refurbed .

Baristas are really kind and friendly. Drinks are made to the highest of standards. Just a great place to go and hang out while doing a bit of shopping :)
