USC Group

The highlight of USC for me was the Lacoste golf shirt with that little alligator logo. I didn’t know they still made those! Very cute, but unfortunately, only in men’s sizes. Clothing and footwear had been marked down for the post-​Christmas sale — tonnes of jeans arranged nicely into brand and then size, sweaters, t-​shirts and dress trousers were marked up to 50% off.
I’m not in men’s shops very often and found the risqué names of regular items quite intriguing. «Bedroom Athletics» apparently makes slippers; and the particular line I saw was named «Hustler.» Ha.
Anyway, I’m not sure what the prices are usually, but with names like Vans, Diesel, I’m sure a 50% mark down will be quite drastic and worth taking a look.

USC stocks lots of trendy, fashionable clothes, particularly jeans, tops and jackets. The prices of the items here though are a little higher than in some of the other shops in Churchill Square, not to mention Brighton in general, which certainly is a drawback, as, whilst its products may be quite nice, during most of the year actually buying anything here is impossibly for most students. However, that said, this month USC has a 20% student discount throughout the store, so, if you are a student, and you like clothes, now would be a good time to visit USC.
