My second stop on my food tour around Brighton was at this adorable Indian restaurant. It was more upscale and had a classy vibe to it. I shared a vegetarian curry with rice and it was delicious! One of the best Indian curry I’ve had. The service was fast and the restaurant was not that packed when I went. The lights were a bit dimmed so you can have a romantic feel to your dinner date.

Very good food. We had Goan & Punjabi dishe The only bad thing is that the US dollar is so weak against the GBP, so our dinner cost 40 punds, which translates to almost $ 80, which is usually a special night out for us back in L.A.

Not the best indian food in the world — but great if you want a quick relatively cheap meal. It’s definitely one of the better options in Preston Street. I’ve only been there a couple of times but both times the staff have been extremely pleasant and helpful. The restaurant doesn’t get packed and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. I think that they do a take away service (but will stand corrected on this).
