I am well known for my love of Pizza’s, and I hope to be able to find the best place in Bristol to go to in order to forefill my monthly Pizza cravings. My housemate came back one evening with a very meat heavy pizza from this place, I tried one slice and although it was better than most fast food pizza you would have tasted it is still not made it into the luxery pizza bracket. Price wise I would say they are very reasonable, and I would probabley come here again, but my search still continues for the best pizza place in Bristol…

Pizza King is always a sure bet on that long drunken walk home. Conveniently located mid-way between town and the Arches, it gets very full up at roughly 2−3am. The pizzas are reasonably good and their prices aren’t bad. I just get that feeling that the meat is dodgy and the bread is stale. If you can bare it, press onwards to Gloucester Road as there are far better pizza, all of which do the ‘Pizza and Chips for £5′ deal. To be fair, the pizza’s are fully loaded and it is good value for money. Go for the Meat Feast, it’s amazing.

From the outside, this place looks a little grotty and too much like the other horrorshow eateries around Stokes Croft. However, the façade is a massive injustice to the quality of the pizzas made within, whether you’re after a full-on meat feast, or the delicious vegetarian options. All the pizzas are hand made in front of you, too, so you can always ask for extra this or that. And the prices are pretty damn fine, too, and I would especially recommend getting one of the meal deals if you’re sharing with someone, as you can get a 12″ pizza of your choice, garlic bread with cheese, two huge pots of beans and colslaw(etc) and a couple of drinks for just over £10. An absolutely bargain, I’m sure you’ll agree.
