McDonald’s Restaurant

this a good place to grab a quick snack but not the most healthy place of all but i do enjoy it one in a while as a treat x

i love mcdonalds and i was shagging one of the staff so i got free burgers all the time mmmmmmmm I LOVE MCDONALDS

There burgers aren’t as tasty as the ones in Burger King. On the times I have gone into this branch I have found the staff not up to scratch and that they spend more time talking to each other than serving the customers.

The Sausage and egg McMuffin meal and the coffee are the best value breakfast on the high street.

This has recently had a revamp so its not looking like its picture here, its gone green! I dont know why they did that, it looks horrible lol. But anyways, the inside is ok, the food is the same asall the other McDonalds in the country.
I recommend Mcflurries, only a quid and so tasty (crunchie = yum). The burgers are not on par with Burger King, i think, but they ae still tasty, and they are cheaper. The store has lots of till areas so you dont have to wait long, even at lunchtime. Its kept nice and clean and the toilets ar also okay to use.

As MacDonalds go this one is not bad clean tidy and have always had good fast friendly service which cannot be said of all MacD’s. Seating based on two levels, upper level reached by stairs. Always busy, seats not always available.

I don’t like McDonald’s food. I don’t like fast food in general and the smell from McDonald’s restaurants always turns my stomach. I certainly would never feed a child with their food. Having said that, they are always packed, so lots of people appear not to agree with me. In fact even if I liked their food the long queues would put me off. I only occasionally buy a coffee in there.
This particular McDonald’s is quite large and is on Chelmsford High Street next to Next. It has recently been refurbished and does look nicer inside.
The one good thing about McDonald’s is their toilets. If I ever need a public toilet I always look for a McDonald’s. You can guarantee their toilets will always be clean. I guess I should only use their toilet if I buy something from them but hey how are they going to know?

Always very busy here although they do have a lot of staff so that’s good. However it’s always a pain to get a table so lots of the younger people that go are reduced to sitting on the benches outside — not sure whether they mind that or not. It’s never very clean. Tables take 5 – 10 minutes after people have left them to get cleaned which is unacceptable as it is always so very busy. Also the prices go up it seems every time I go in there! Ok food though.

fairly decent brach. Always busy and clean. Happy meals are always popular in my house. You never spend too much time in the que. The Happy Meals are great for a treat now and again, it’s great you get the option of Carrot sticks as well as chips. The fish fingers are very tasty as are the chicken nuggets. I’m fond of the McFlurry’s too. But my all time favourite meal in micky dees is two cheeseburgers and a strawberry thickshake. Absolutely lovely but not great for the wasteline so I ony go in for a treat rather than make a habit of it.

A nice big restaurant, usually kept clean and tidy by attentive staff. The huge disadvantage is, because it’s in the high street, around any meal times it will get so packed that you have to stand and wait for ages and ages! Plan in advance, park in the riverside retail park and head over there for lunch instead of the one in the high street! Same food, same price, no wait! Good overall experience though, and because of the volume of people the food is always hot and fresh.

This fast food outlet is located right in the cntre of the high street. Its a great size with an upstairs eating area too.
It also has baby changing room, disabled toilets and normal toilets upstairs.
Its always very clean inside, and always plenty of staff cleaning the tables as people leave.
It gets quite busy but the staff work very fast and well, the queues go down fast so you dont need wait too long. There plenty of seating in the resturant if you want to eat in.
