Nice selection of beers, and delicious food. If you’re there on a Sunday, be sure to get the roast — it comes with Yorkshire pudding, crisp roast potatoes and veggies. They also provide lots of gravy and horseradish sauce. Desserts were good — brownies, sticky toffee pudding, cheese plate. My requested tea never arrived, though after I dug into dessert I promptly forgot about it.
Pro tip: men’s room is out the back door!

A lovely cosy pub that was recommend to me. Greeted with a friendly smile at the bar, and as luck would have it there was a table for two situated right by the open log fire — perfect.
The hot chocolate I ordered was lovely, although could have been a bit hotter.
The food that was being bought past me looked and smelt good, and the place was very busy — a good sign in my book! The roast dinners were huge!
Check this place out — you won’t be disappointed!
