Log House Holidays

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Anthony and his family make you feel really welcome, whilst staying in one of their log cabins.
Upon arriving you drive down a private tree lined driveway, and as you turn the corner you are greeted by the first log cabin and the lake.
Each of the log cabins come with it’s own rowing boat which is moored by your own private jetty, and a log burner. There are lots of optional extras such as use of the hot tub which is on the veranda — would highly recommend this. There is also a BBQ for your use.
You don’t need to leave the cabin if you don’t want to! The cabin is very well equipped with everything you need. All you need to bring is food, drinks, washing up products and fire lighters and you’re good to go.
The man made lake is vast, with each of the log cabins dotted around the lake. Each of the log cabins are very private, and are not overlooked by any of the other cabins as they are spaced out.
Dogs are welcome here (for a small extra charge) as are guests if they want to stay over.
If you are looking to «get away from it all» then I would recommend this place.
